it's now 2023 and I miss the go train K5LA horns. They're gone and replaced with K5CAs.

I’ve heard they had to replace the K5LAs because Canadian regulation mandates discordant-sounding horns, on the belief that they’re more likely to get people’s attention than melodic-sounding horns.

That would be VIA 917, quite possibly the only P42 to ever have a K3.
