Great recipe.. Now for all those who say cooking time in the video is too less, mind the fact that it is been cooked on a tawa which facilitates higher heat content so cooking time is lower. If you are cooking it in a vessel a cooking time of min 20 mins is recommended. 7 mins before adding curd and about 15 mins after. The dish will turn out great. Mine sure did!!! Cheers!!

I am agree with your mum that desi ghee goes perfect with mutton. One more thing to say before cooking mutton lever you put in milk for 40 to 50 minutes so lever stay fresh next day also. It want get rubbery structure if you keep in milk before cooking. I always cook kaleji with milk wash. Nice and so soft and tasty.💯💯💯🌷🌷🌷👌👌👌⚘🌹

Mutton isn't heaty or hot instead it's cool meat whereas chicken is the one that's hot, even after consumption we will feel it, especially in summer trying both will give a difference.
How come mutton liver tat also such big chunks got tender in 7min....impossible...liver can't be eaten rear or medium rear...cut n show inside the cooked pieces 😆

Redmeat doesn't need to be cooked for long time. For example lamp steak is cooked for 3 mins on each side. Its called Rare. That's because on redmeat bacterias are found only in the outer layers of meat. But this doesn't apply to white meat. Chicken needs more time to cook.
