I personally dont think mayonnaise is groos in the cake cause sometime I make cookies and I sart by mixing oil and eggs till it has pancake batter consistency witch is literally how mayonnaise is made then add the other ingredients when you think of it that way it deosn't seem discusting xD

Well okay then there you go even though I don't think he will make it xD Ingredients : 100 grams of oil 1 small egg 70 grams brown suga Vanilla 1 teaspoon Salt 1 tea spoon Instant Coffee 1 tea spoon 2 table spoons of liquid creme fraiche can be subtitue by milk Pinch of baking powder 70 gr bread flour 75 gr cake flour Chocolate 100 grams add more if preferred Preparation : Preheat the oven at 180°c Start by beatting the oil and the egg till is starts getting thick almost like mayonnaise and the sugar beat a little more add salt , vanilla, instant coffe, lquid creme fraiche mix till incorporated add flour and the baking pouder and the chocolate mix well . From little balls put on baking tray Leaving nice space between the balls . Trun off the oven broil the cookies for like 3 to 5 min turn on the oven again and bake till well cooked every oven is diffrent mostly take between 8 and 12 minutes to be done makes between 15 and 25 cookies stay in the refrigerator up to 5 days enjooy ^^
