Ah Pa has demonstrated the method of shelling, then cutting a slit along the length of each prawn, from the back, then wipe or lift out the dark vein

Hello Ahpa! Scrumptious dish! I like to share some info here. I read from a cook book that for kam heong you need to add Sichuan peppercorns. I hope you can expand on this for the peppercorns prove to be a challenge as it has a short shelf life and looses its potency.😊 Nice to connect with you again. God bless.
