My nfc team is niners. My hometown afc team is Chiefs. Win-win for me but it was special being able to watch the parade. All the love to the Hunt family and happy they got the organization to the top. Fans are the backbone of any organization and Chiefs have some of the best. Whether it's cheering, hundreds of millions in ticket and jersey sales or over a billion in tax credits for stadium renovations we always show out for the chiefs and royals.
This was one best story-line seasons to win a SB Title in NFL History. (Add in way Chiefs lost to Brady in AFC Championship game year before. Add in Mahomes injury and ALL Chief's injuries in 2019 season. Add in Chiefs Defense being questioned fr season b4 up to the game @Den Mahomes got hurt. Then finally add in the postseason dramatics by Chiefs being down a combined 44pts in their 3 postseason games. Most importantly down 10pts under 6mins play in Super Bowl LIV.)
All I know after being a Chiefs fan all my life and being jaded time and again. We now have a fresh new QB, good players AND a good coaching staff. All doing fresh new things. Thank you to the forward looking people that put all this together. Gone is the looking for a tired used up QB of yesterday.
Chiefs received the México City blessing, from that moment and beyond something happened and became to play simply spectacular, congrats Chiefs totally deserved it, hope this year you will have the chance to fend your title and win another SB
My dad has been a Chiefs fan since he was a kid. He’s turning 54 in a few weeks. He witnessed everything we went through. The (the wrong way) comebacks, missed field goals, no punts. He witnessed everything from this team. One point they were 5-0, next thing they’re 9-7. Or maybe one moment they’re 1-5, next they 11-5. It was such an unpredictable team. I started watching football in 2015, I believe it was 7th grade for me and I was a Chiefs fans just cause my dad always had me watchin them as a kid. We started the season 1-5, my favorite player, Jamaal Charles just tore his ACL and people are questioning what’s going on. Next thing you know, we go 11-5, beat the Texans in a wild card game (like 30-0) and it was our first postseason win in forever. Then we lost to the Patriots. Next year we draft a kid named “Tyreek Hill”, I instantly fell in love with football once I started watching him play. He made plays left and right. We go 12-4 and lose in the Divisional to the Steelers on a holding call. Next year, we’re right back at it, draft a kid named “Kareem Hunt” and it was like watching a game, you’re just waiting for him to make a play, you know it’s gonna happen where he explodes for a big one. We also drafted a guy names “Patrick Mahomes”... I was actually pretty upset by the pick at first, not watching a ton of college football, it seemed like every throw they showed of him on TV was just a cannon ball where he’s going for a home run every play. I didn’t trust him, I thought Deshaun Watson would be the safer choice. Anyways, 2017, we lose in the divisional round to the Titans after blowing a 21-3 lead and multiple questionable calls are out there. We give the leagues leading rusher like 9 carries the whole game. 2018 comes around and Alex Smith, Mahomes mentor is shipped off to Washington. Mahomes comes in and instantly starts dominating. Had like 13 TD’s in his first 3 games or something. Kid was killing it. Ended the season with 50 TD’s, 5k yards and brings us to the championship. Where we fall to NE, again on questionable calls and a very upsetting ending. Also forgot to mention, lose one of our top playmakers, Kareem Hunt after a hotel video incident, which I won’t go into detail on, but he was cut by KC around week 13. Anyways 2019 season comes... Mahomes comes back and blows everything up, once again. I won’t go into detail of the season cause we all know what happens. But the fact my dad saw everything, been through thin and thick with the Chiefs. Once I watched, the team was amazing. Made playoffs and always had a winning record. It was a different experience from me when my dad was watching the SB and when I did. But damn good season...
To win the Super Bowl Chiefs had to beat two teams that beat them in the Regular Season. Texans and Titans. The only other losses was to Colts and Packers. Mahomes also had to come back from injury. Matt Moore had to replace Mahomes three games. Chiefs overcame adversity. They were down to Texans 24-0 and won 53-31. They also started behind against Titans but beat them in the AFC championship then also were able to stop Niners to win the Super Bowl. It wasn't easy but it was sweet. Beating the Pats in December was another highlight of the season.
I'm a Bears fan and every day I wake up thinking we passed on Mahomes 😭😭😭😭😭😭 The lads the best ever. Just sensational. Great job with this vid. Thankyou. Loved it!!

I'm a man from Queens and I love the Chiefs too! Been a fan since 1971. I remember the great Lenny D and Otis T and the great Hall of Famers that played for them. I also remember many bad seasons and playoff losses. Hoping that we can have a dynasty like the Patriots had!
I was at the AFC championship game that we loss to New England was almost in tears walking back to the car that loss stung bad but winning the Superbowl took all the pain of the playoffs from the past away tears of happiness after the Superbowl with family family friends the girlfriend and the neighbors
Right after the Chiefs lost that game I looked to Googling to see if anyone else suspected a paid to blow the game. But it was the best karma payback for Dee Ford. Imagine a tenured veteran forgetting to line up behind the line. I'll never stop thinking that he met someone in an underground garage and drove out with a suitcase full of more money than he'd see in 5 Super Bowl games. No one will convince me otherwise.
Best Super Bowl moment... "and the home...... of the...... C H I E F S!" Actually so many great moments in that game. So many fans have been waiting 50 years for this win.

Since I lived there for 30 years and saw Bell, Dawson, Bucahnnon, Lanier, Garret, Stram, Taylor, Budde, Marsailes, Thomas, Culp, Brown, Wilson, Lynch, Hubbe, Arbanas, Fluid Drive Haynes, Stenerud, Tyrer, Okoye, Lothimer, Burford and Podalack, I’m now 30 years away from KC, but I still love that team and that town.. this was a great movie❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

If someone comes up to you and says they are from St. Louis, Missouri are you really gonna look that far into it just because a small portion of it exists across the Mississippi River in Illinois? C’mon. Sometimes people are just referencing the area they come from when they say four letters about their city, quit making it bigger than it is because of your strange insecurities.

I just pointed out somebody saying a certain area is pretty and you being somehow offended by that doesn’t mean that because you’re offended they did it on purpose. Cade Robinson the activity of controlling, and usually limiting, general access to something. There is no gate. People in KCK still have access to KCMO and the same the other way around. But the city is in KCMO and the urban area is too. So if somebody wants to compliment that area by saying it’s beautiful there is no reason to get butthurt. Sorry they didn’t want to go see nascar or soccer or get decapitated at a water park but that’s all kck has. It’s insignificant to most people there and most who visit. Can’t get mad at people who go to Cancun and enjoy the beach rather than what inland has to offer but it’s two completely different areas even if it’s still Cancun.
TD play at 11:22 against the colts impresses me more watching it knowing Mahomes was playing on a bad sprained ankle. That throw not easy to make with a bummed up ankle.
Hey this is epic...you should do one for 2018 Season too. That season was magic; and while a SB winning season is once in a lifetime; seasons like 2018 Chiefs are unforgettable history. Every week counts in your life and memories. Count the thrilling Sundays and joyful Mondays of talking about what we all saw. Incredible Regular seasons and league MVPs don't grow on trees.
Update: I kept saying 2018 was special and MVPs never win the SB but MVP seasons are still worth documentaries...and then Mahomes won MVP and the SB; first time since Kurt Warner 99!
Divisional Round game was my favorite game of the year. Texans looked like they were going to run the Chiefs out of Arrowhead and then Flight 17 flipped the momentum with the return that set everything in motion. Epic moment for an epic game.
Douglas (Father) to Britton and Dustin (sons/brothers) all have the last name Colquitt. They all have superbowl rings now. Pretty damn strong genes in that family.

I guess I never realized how fast Hill actually is until I saw his true speed at 47:56. Yes, Williams is fast, but watch Hill catch up to him and reach the end zone at the same time after being behind by 17 feet and running 50 yards!
I think every single Chief's player had a moment this season that played a huge part in the championship run. You're right, though. Matt Moore was money when we needed him.
If you paid attention to the names being called you will realize EVERYONE made plays at different times. Chiefs super bowl win was truly a team effort. Watching your teams QB play like Michael Jordan - Priceless.

OUR KANSAS CITY CHIEFS ARE an AMAZING FOOTBALL TEAM because they are a Team that TRULY "PLAYS" as a TEAM & "CARES" about EACH OTHER; PATRICK MAHOMES is the MOST AMAZINGLY AWESOME QB & was Obviously born to be; his RESPECT for Coach Reid as well as EACH of his Teammates. Patrick was Truly raised to be the awesome young man that he is. He has such a love of football & his humble attitude is evident because he ALWAYS gives credit to all his teammates; I believe because he is not arrogant or prideful he involves as many teammates as place themselves where he can see them & throw the ball to them. He is such a positive-thinking young man who always tries to do his very best & encourages his teammates to do the same. The CHIEFS have great respect for ANDY REID & I think the BEST thing he could have done for the Chiefs is to hire Patrick Mahomes & I am happy that he TRUSTS his QB to make the right decisions.When Patrick Mahomes' & his Teammates play well Mahomes & his other teammates rejoice with each other. It's so great to see them patting each other on the back or hugging each other for each other's contribution to the game. The fact that this Team's QB is not selfish or prideful, I believe, has been a very positive influence on the rest of the team. Mahomes & his teammates encourage each other & each one wants to win not only for EACH other but also for Coach Reid. Esp. in their locker room before & after the game you can see the love & respect & encouragement that Mahomes, his Teammates & Coach Reid have for each other. I never was a Chiefs fan until I saw Patrick Mahomes play but that was all it took for me to see that this young QB was someone who is self-disciplined, who doesn't get frazzled, but always looks calm, takes things in stride, & has a positive attitude in life in general as well as in football. When he speaks of his "Children's Charity" & the fact that he wants to help those who don't have the advantages in life growing up that he did shows GRATITUDE for his Parents & how they raised him & provided for him & encouraged him to be the Best man & Football player he can be. He participated in other sports as well, I believe, but that awesome smile on his face shows how much he loves playing football. The way he "slides" on the field shows he either played baseball or learned it from his Father. I so enjoy watching him talk about how he had young children design his cleats with symbols that hold SPECIAL meaning to them. You can see he has a special place in his heart for children, his *Mahomies*, & will make an awesome Father one day. I truly love the Chiefs, Patrick Mahomes, all his Teammates, Coach Reid & the others.
