Story 1: OP should have put out the fire and then said, "If you don't get off my property, you'll get the hose too." Why don't the friends of these entitled people say something when the homeowners say something?
On that last story with the service dog... Parents need to teach their kids it doesn't matter whether it's a service dog or not you do not pet approach hug or any other way interact with somebody else's dog unless you have the handlers permission and obviously the mother can't read either. The dog was tagged out as a service dog and with instructions do not distract
Good way to get a kid hurt my service dog is very protective of me if she see a threat she acts some one coming up to ist one and she knows putting hands on is she protects me from any threat as she is supposed to I have a pretty severe brain injury and don't perceive threats at all she is trained to I don't take her to grocery stores or restaurants I think that is rude and disrespectful to others who wants to eat with a dog possibly getting hair on there food she sheds very little but I'm not going to think it's OK to even take a chance same for grocery other places I take her she is well behaved better then most peoples kids if I sit she gets under the chair I'm on if she can dosent walk in the middle of halls etc stays beside me
@@Larryw-o2k yeah I've had similar issues with people accusing my service dog of wrong behavior when all he was doing was his job and even when I tried to explain to people he is a PTSD dog for my PTSDs involving violent abuse and therefore he keeps people a minimum of 3 ft away from me when we're in close quarters like a line or something and these people still decide they want to get super close to me and when he barks and backs them off I get accusations of my dog attacking the other person, and at a pet store accused of attacking another dog. My dog never laid teeth on anyone or another animal never laid claws on anyone or another animal and in fact only went to the end of his 3-ft lead which was wrapped around my waist and then came back once they backed up sat or stood and was perfectly fine but I still got accusations of my dog attacking which could have risked my service dog who is registered with the county as my service dog getting put down over false accusations. I got told by the store manager that my dog was no longer allowed in that store even though that store actually contained his vet I wasn't allowed to even take him back for the vet.... I ended up having to get a hold of the area manager for that store to get it solved so that my dog is allowed back into the store because he did nothing wrong especially as a service dog. This guy didn't walk up to try and pet my dog like a kid would he let his dog get too close to me which caused my dog to respond and back off the dog..... He has had to protect me from other aggressive dogs in the past and did so without biting or scratching the other dog just for information...... I now owe that vet The remainder of a year's worth of month month payments that I have not and will not be using because I am fearful to go back into that store even still..... And if anyone knows Banfield and how their yearly puppy plans or dog plans go That's what I'm talking about I only use like 3 months out of a year plan and now I have to freaking pay the whole thing off and I can't take my dog back there until I do I owe over $700 for a year's worth of services that I am never going to be able to use because of this situation
These kids need to be taught the most basic philosophy of..... IF IT IS NOT YOURS DO NOT TOUCH IT WITHOUT DIRECT PERMISSION FROM THE OWNER !!!!! AND THIS IS NO MATTER IF IT IS A LIVING OR NONLIVING ITEM

Toxic ex: The part of dying because of a turned on car is so real it can be an accident. My father's boss after a party he arrived home and parked innhis garage, but before he could turn off the car tireness overcame him and he fell asleep inside the car, he died because he suffocated with the fumes of the car, because how things were when he was found people immediately knew it was a tragic accident. Story 1: -- File formal complaint with Police, get attorney to send letter of No Trespass, post a sign, and get your property papers in order (survey) and be prepared to show them to police at next opportunity.

Actually in Florida at least, the beach DOES belong to everybody. Also, since you can’t build on the beach, it is presumed to have no value and no property taxes are assessed. We get a lot of northerners coming in thinking they own all the way to the water and they have to be taught differently.
As a native of Florida that is false information, there are public parts of the beach and then there are private parts like in OP's case, while crossing it to get to the public section is fine camping out on it is not.
@@shadowpadinc.2058nothing that I wrote is false. While it’s true that the dry sand part of the beach can be owned, it IS tax exempt. When I was a child (60 years ago) growing up in Merritt Island, there was a political candidate who walked all the way around the state (except for the military bases) on the beach to demonstrate that the beaches belong to the people. Recently, some millionaires in Walton County got the legislature to pass a law that only applied in that county and supposedly gave them ownership of their beaches and they were claiming right down to the water. We have done several mass hikes down the beach in protest.
Part of what you wrote is false, no if or buts about it. That was 60 years ago and even then it was noted all land has some degree of value especially regarding erosion hence why beaches have certain rules regarding what is and is not allowed. Plus the reason beach front property is not cheap by any means. @@johnscott2746
If a person does not leave your property after two requests, it is a CRIMNAL TRESPASS! They should have arrested that Karen for filing a false police report. You have every right to tell them to get off your property (they were trespassing) and you cannot be arrested/prosecuted for what you say.
What states allow privately owned beach areas? Every state with beaches? A few states with some beach areas? Am seriously questioning because we’ve heard issues about land ownership and other water areas from rivers, streams, and other wetland areas. Ive read areas with no ownership of beaches.
If they were not obstructing the road but by the curb they legal in most states. He can explain the cement as an anti theft device as people do steal construction cones.

The last story reminded me of a time when I worked security. After my all night shift, one day I went to a Kroger's near my home. Due to an accident in unfortunate circumstance, I lost hearing in certain high pitch ranges. Most women do not talk in just this range but a few unfortunately do. On this particular day, I had the misfortune to not only run into a Karen, but one that spoke only in those frequencies. This mean that I could not hear what she was saying even when it was obvious that she was yelling at me. My first awareness that she was talking to me was when she grabbed me and turned me towards her. Seeing her lips move but not being able to hear anything, I said, "sorry, but I have a problems hearing some frequencies and your voice is apparently only in those. I can not hear what you are saying". I could tell what she said next because mouth it so slowly and exaggerated. She asked if I was retarded, and I answered, "If I was as retarded as you, I would not have been able to read you lips. Obviously, this did nothing to calm her down. At that time, a man, very much the anti Keven, asked if I could understand him (in a calm voice). I said yes, I can hear lower frequencies. He said she was asking where a item was (no clue any more) and I said, 'I don't know, ask someone that works for Kroger's". She yelled something and he repeated it for me. She was saying that even Kroger's security should drop what they were doing and help customers. Kroger's security has Kroger's on their jacket and uniforms, and mine did not. I told them I worked residential security, not business. Based on his response to her, it was obvious that she though all security had to do what she wanted. My response was to tell that to Kroger's security and see how well it flew. Based on his responses, I fully believed she was still yelling at me as I walked away. A while later, I did see her talking with security and a manager, and as I left the store, there was even two cops in the discussion. I left before the final words were said. I wasn't trying to ignore her, and I really had no clue where the item he asked about was.
Putting traffic cones in a roadway is illegal just about everywhere. If it had been my truck I would have called the police and the guy who thought he was so smart would be sitting in jail figuring out how to pay for the damages.
Im curious if in the first story if the Karen asked first if she coulda gotten permission. Like fair enough if its a no, but was it more standing for principles or just not wanting others on their beach?
Second story with the cones OP is lucky the police weren't called as I wouldn't be holding my breath on which one would be getting into the worst trouble. While 'Kevin' shouldn't be racing down the road running over OP's cones. OP could be held liable for trapping the cones making them dangerous road obstacles
@@niteriderevo9179 This would depend on the state and other such factors. Ohio for one recently rules if its not in the path of normal travel it would be perfectly fine if it was in the path of normal travel AKA road it would not be fine
@@niteriderevo9179think it also depends on what they're going after. It could be considered a trap or boobie trap which has its own issues not related to the rules of the road. May be hard to prove in a court of law, but they were intended as a trap
As someone who lives in a country where all the beaches are public by federal law, it just sounds weird. Op is not wrong or anything. But making a beach private is just kinda sad.

It is not a crime to yell aggressively at someone who is trespassing on your property and harassment is when someone continues to repeatedly bother someone who is not currently breaking the law , that's not the exact definition but a general summary. Most people have very little understanding of the law. Most countries laws are very similar and differences mostly occur in enforcement of the law not the written law.
I’m sorry but some of these revenge people are the actual aholes. Corporate karen has people that she answers to. So being a dick makes you the dick. She didn’t make the rules and none of the others clued her in. So that makes you people the karen of this story. This is why I don’t have sympathy for most employees.
