you guys have to understand - none of this has any evidence that supports it at all. it’s crazy the judge allowed it in the trial in some effort of being fair. but there has to be some limitations - you have people on the stand that you limit to yes/no questions. you can paint any picture of want - the judge has rule so it doesn’t become ridiculous.

The "guy" on the stand is a new member of the city select board. Going back a few years he himself had a serious with the law. Around 3:00a.m. he was driving drunk and he slammed into a car and killed a young student. Worse, he ran from the scene and went underground fir 48 hours. He was tried for murder got a golden seal and was out of prison in 5 months. He, however, is a life-long FELON due to that horrible murder. His son is the 20 yr. Old with the bruised knuckles in a now-familar picture. PUNK-STYLE! MCCABES and Alberts are heavily invested in the city police dept. So perhaps the relationship is just a little too close to the city cops. 2 of his brothers are cops in the city. Wow that's a lot Of power! Lotsbof closeness...could it also be an unhealthy one?

Once hit, lying there, dog could have also gotten to him. Brian A did say he let dog out when they got home from bar. He also said in one grand jury that dog got out of backyard, gate wasn't locked. And Colin had to get him back in before he left. So, for me, after hearing these brilliant German engineers, they blew those trial experts out of the water. They both trained in Germany, at Mercedes-Benz and are both nearly retired. I trust brilliant minds with 50 yrs experience each, from the safest car company in the world.

Those marks on John’s arm were not caused by an animal, unless it was a pack of hawks or other bird of prey with sharp talons. Think about it, look at the injuries in the photos, do they look like dog bites?? No, they don’t. Do dogs have sharp claws like cats or birds of prey that would cause injuries like that? No.Would those injuries be consistent with being ran over by anSUV and tore up by a multitude of things on the undercarriage of a 3 ton SUV? Yes! Karen Read is guilty. The wittinesses are guilty of a biased, shady, incompetent investigation,and possibly lying or exaggerating the truth on the witness stand. That doesn’t mean that Karen Read is innocent? Enough for a hung jury? Perhaps, but not likely. I predict she is convicted and gets 25-30 years in prison to think about what she did and the claims her and her lawyers made afterwards. Maybe she can write a book and with the proceeds pay the victim’s family and those she accused of a massive conspiracy.

We must state the legal basis for our objections. I don't understand why this judge is allowing these naked baseless objections. I am in court as a litigator across Massachusetts at least 2 days per week, and I have never seen a naked baseless objections allowed in any Massachusetts court...

If the commonwealth is trying to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, they're falling way short. It's almost embarrassing. Fwiw, I didn't begin watching this with any POV - even inclined to disbelieve the conspiracy thing. (Still unsure about that, but this witness is pretty sus.)

Also odd that Brian Higgins texted J O'K if he was coming to 34 Fairview - since he had never been out w J O'K and also since he had been texting John's longtime girlfriend, KR, trying to steal her away from John, including the very same night he texted J O'K from the Alberts (allegedly). Why, if he had never texted John before, would he text him that night after being blown off by John's gf? And why would Chris sent him his very first text ever - asking him to join them at the bar? Two coincidences? Higgins and C Albert? And then all the butt dial coincidences and the contradictory testimony from Higgins about why he went to Canton PD and not home that night (said he webt there to do "Admin duties" during one testimony then at trial said he went to move cars) - and that doesn't track since he wasn't supposed to ve home from the memorial in NY till the next day and had ALREADY MADE ACCOMMODATIONS (LEFT HIS KEYS ON HIS DESK) SO CANTON PD COUOD MOVE HIS CARS IF THE BLIZZARD CAME. So there was no reason he had to go back since he wasn't even supposed to be in MA that night and just made a split decision on seeinf Brian Albert at the memorial in NY to drive him and another LEO back to MA from NY. So why the need to drive to Canton PD after driving home from a memorial mass 4 plus hours away, switching his cars at Canton PD that day on his way home from NY, and drinking at 2 different bars (many many drinks) and theb going to B Alberts till after midnight. I know most of us would have gone straight home. There is no obvious reason to go to Canton PD at 1am that night. Not if we think critically. Also, the 1st time texters to J O'K - by Higgins (who had for 3 weeks been sneaking behind John's back trying to get with his gf), and Chris Albert--who barely even knew J'OK... and then suddenly, JOK is killed within hours of those first-time texters. Sorry, but there are no coincidences in investigation details. Then, 2 hours later, there is inexplicable butt texting between multiple parties. I COULD NEVER EVER CONVICT knowing these details....never mind the tsunami of other details and evidence.
