How the heck is the judge going to justify NOT ALLOWING TWO FBI crime scene reconstructionists, that were used for this investigation, who now the defense wishes to utilize?
Can't wait for when closing arguments happen, I like when closing arguments take place because it sounds so much better when it is puts together & makes more sense of everything, I still think defense is winning, I really don't think Karen at all did this, John's arm definitely looks like a dog attack & his face was beaten up, maybe John didn't go in the house Maybe John was beaten up on the front lawn & the dog attacted John & John passed out in the snow cause he was beaten up so bad & John then frozed to death with having hypothermia & the Alberts & the McCabes knew what had happened & they all tried covering it up. Because they all knew they would all be held accountable & because Trooper Proctor knew the families & Trooper Proctor Hated Karen & Trooper Proctor Tampered with the evidence & made it look like it was Karen that did this. one thing, is, The Judge is very Biased she always sustains everything, she always rushes everything, she always has an attitude, I don't care very much for this Judge.. She should of been removed.. I believe Karen is definitely 100% not guilty & all the ones involved should be charged & if I was Karen after this is over I would file a civil suit & sue them all. & reading some comments people couldn't possibly watched this whole trial, People are just guessing stuff as you hear it. Lol I been watching from the very beginning & John's O'Keefes family testified in the beginning , they think too that this was a cover up. People need to read & understand the whole story before just guessing & assuming & Karen was drunk dialing John but before she knew John was dead if Karen knew John was dead she would not of texted John that many times. With people just assuming without even been following this story & trial, People would just send anyone to prison This is a woman's life on the line I bet though when Karen is found not guilty, Karen doesn't drink anymore & Proctor should of been fired immediately Karen has great lawyers especially Karen's lawyer Jackson from California & I read Karen spent over 10,000 in lawyers fees
I have wasted most of this trial and this judge seems to hate the defense! She is very bias and I would like to know why she is acting this way . The more the state is caught lying the more she defends them ! She is definitely biased!
Actually the FBI provided the exact same materials to the prosecution, defence and judge at the same time. The prosecution and judge also reviewed the materials and still proceeded with this case. Why? It’s so insane.

A dog was involved and Higgins and Colin were involved> John went in the wrong door and that's is why no one saw him. They mess him up and put him on the lawn to die. Karen read is not guilty and its time everyone stands by an innocent person who tried to save his life.

If she does, she's running the risk of reversible error. I really don't think she has much choice; there's no good reason I've found for her to justify the ruling for the record. I'd be shocked if she found one.
And getting a lawyer is consciousness of guilt. TWO of the CW witnesses had lawyers (one of them on the stand with their cop client). Beverly C should be ashamed of herself. She is beyond biased. She doesn’t like the circus. But she has a hand in creating it.
Now, the marks,scratches, and wounds on John's arm make complete sense. They never looked like scratches from a plastic tail light, in my small opinion.

The lead detective was so busy covering up for fellow police officer that he did a shoddy job in this investigation. The Alberts mourned John so much they couldn't be botherd to come outside to their front lawn to see what had happened to a fellow police officer. Then Proctor and his sister wishing she would kill herself. Now yesterday we heard that the cell phone says that the victim took steps down the steps after he was dropped off. You can't have it your way and pick out what evidence supports your story. The Commonwealth of Virginia had a lead investigator went to jail for extortion in 2010. The prosecution along with University are investigating to see if any of the cases he worked on were unjustly sent to prison. So if you think this case can't happen think again.

The wound is clean. Did someone wash it before it was swabbed? Was the wound swabbed or just the clothes that had sat in a car for over a week, Were all the holes in the sweater swabbed or just one hole? If only one hole was swabbed and it was the last bite there wouldn't be any saliva to swab. Who took the swab(s)?
Gotta admit that it 'is' kinda peculiar that YEARS into this case, that the defense only came up with this witness a *week* ago? So, until a week ago, they had no one to testify about the bites? Yikes.
Imagine how far under the jail would Ms Read be if she had not the finances to defend against a criminal frame ing/coverup by local,city police and the states compliancy with Proctors terrible investigation and connection to witnesses. Ms read will OWN the town of Canton.
She wasn’t paid. These experts are working for the FBI. Their findings were turned over to the defense along with the text message. Do you need to be reminded that the FBI is now involved because of the cops and their egregious behavior?

@@chhansen9813 Guess you weren't following the relationships between Karen Read, John O'Keefe and Matthew Higgins. Particularly that night at the bar. She had been flirting with Higgins for days before that night in order to make O'Keefe jealous (because she was angry about O'Keefe's involvement with another woman). Then please review the video from the 2nd (and last) bar that they were all at together the night of the murder. Then watch Higgins testimony on the stand during cross examination relating to Read's leading him on. I think after Read dropped O'Keefe off at the residence and she left, O'Keefe quickly got into a verbal confrontation with Higgins about Read and it turned physical. O'Keefe got critically injured and the group decided to cover up what had happened.

I want to start with don't hate me. This is just my opinion. I am no one so my opinion means nothing but I have to get it out bc it's driving me insane and no one else I know is watching this so I have no one to talk to about it. I've tried so hard to see the defense side of this bc so many people have argued that is Karen Read's innocent but my gut has been screaming guilty. The further into the trial the harder I have tried but have been unable to silence that. I have rewatched testimony, watched videos advocating her innocence and it has not moved me to the other side. In fact, the more I watch the more I feel she is guilty and found the the perfect defense team and luckily an competitent investigation, which is so disappointing. The behavior and techniques of the defense on this case triggers my "PTSD" from being in a relationship with an (allegedly, lol!!) emotionally abusive, gaslighting, controlling narcissist. No matter what any witness says they argue it away. I agree the law enforcement completely dropped the ball thinking d/t her confession it was in the bag and the evidence was enough to make it a clear cut case so they slacked. I don't think the prosecution was prepared for the diabolical defense they were up against. jmo. I really hope the jury has access to the transcripts of the testimonies of all the witnesses bc I have rewatched a number of the previous testimonies d/t the defense's prosecutive interrogative techniques of the witnesses (The lady doth protest too much, methinks) have found a number of inconsistencies in what the defense says what said and what was actually said!! How the prosection has missed it baffles me! False information presented as facts to one witness STATING IT WAS TESTIMONY OF ANOTHER. I doubt it will happen, but wish they would also have grand jury testimony. We only want the truth. And all the gaslighting, fact twisting and smoke screens the defense is displaying- for me personally only convinces me MORE of a guilty verdict no matter how hard I have tried to conform to what turtleboy has convinced the masses of. Can you explain the butt dials, Brian a and Higgins destroying their phones, Ryan nagle and friends arriving 15 seconds after karen and John then as they left they only see karen, the 6 drops of blood at the scene, the blood on the front/back of John's clothes, 2 others dna of blood on his clothes?, rehoming of the dog, selling the house that Bryan a grew up in, redoing the basement floors 2 years after it was done, oh by his friend of course, Bryan a brother Chris filling in his pool, tail light pieces johns shoe and hat not found in 3 inches of snow but after 3 ft of snow dumped, the text message, tell them that guy never came in?. There us a mountain of evidence which points to a cover up by the mcalberts. Johns arm hitting the car which turns him around and flings him 30 feet but yet no bruising below his nose?. Emotions do not point to kr hitting him but actual evidence proves he was beaten and attacked by a dog. Obtain, the defense is going by their grand jury testimony.

Do you know that so far, the only people that have been presented have been so by the PROSECUTION. The defense has only been cross-examining people. These are NOT THE DEFENSES WITNESSES. These ARE the PROSECUTIONS witnesses. The false information given as facts to another STATING testimony of another was a PROSECUTION witness. Also, you say you don't think the prosecution was ready for the diabolical method of the defense team? The defense team has NOT been diabolical at all, they are just pointing out the facts and the timeline and how they don't add up. The "lead investigator" Proctor went off of what others told him. Trp Paul went off info from others. None of them went in the house, some weren't even interviewed until a year later. I don't know what you are watching but you seem to be in the mirrored frame of mind and you have flip-flopped the Prosecution and the Defense. On top of all of that, the "judge" ONLY RULES IN FAVOR OF THE PROSECUTION. She shoots down common sense repeatedly. She should be removed She's trying to help the prosecution because she is friends of the real killers.
