In section 3, Popper explains that his problem was always the problem of demarcation and never the problem of meaning; which means that his analysis of science should not be confused with the anti-metaphysical project of the logical positivists. Popper also gives a curious (and indefensible) interpretation of Wittgenstein's Tractatus.
