He had an affection for any form of life except humans, is it because humans were a food source to them? Is it because humans were their natural enemy?

I love how this immediately gives you an idea of how Kars behaves, most main villains would have just killed Wammu for doing that, but Kars understands Wammu and admitted to his own mistake.
Dabi Todoroki it’s just a rarity for a JoJo villain to admit to his own mistake and not show anger like this, along with having that sort of thing set up in such a short amount of time
I love stuff like this too, I feel like fun facts and interesting details about the characters should be given to viewers. I feel like it make people get to know the characters more like people

Just my opinion but I think he's also got sad and went mad because his partner and adopted child got killed, so he became crazy and want avenge them badly. I mean they're literally what he had left, his entire race turned their back on him. I have a lot of sympathy for Kars even tho he's a villain:(
If you wanted to find it , all you had to do was to check the JoJo wiki. Most of them have the *first appearance* section, where there's the exact episode/chapter number that the character first appeared in.
This really shows that Kars isn't a ruthless villain, at least to his own men. If someone in reflex accidentally attacked DIO like that, they'd be dead before they even touch him
Only Dio (part 1) would do that, remember that DIO (part 3) got intentionally attacked by Hol Horse and he sent him on a mission right after. DIO has grown enough so that he wouldn't be mad at someone for accidentally attacking him.
@@katamas832 Then again, Hol Horse was infamously cowardly and did have success at dispatching the Crusader’s most experienced stand user. DIO has a lot of biases. Pucci was so close DIO actually recommended trying to take his stand’s disk to the young priest, he makes sure Vanilla Ice (a crazy fanatic for DIO) doesn’t stay down for long, and Pet Shop was constantly allowed to perch on his shoulder, but he couldn’t care less about what happens to *Enya, his personal assistant,* let alone Arabia Fats or Cameo. It all depends on their usefulness to him at that point in time.
@@MrHAH-cd9ku To be fair. it was one of his other subordinates that just decided to kill her. Enya was one the strongest stand users Dio had. He probably didn't even know about her demise.
Everybody is amazed at the reflexes of Wammu, the calm of Kars and his ability to flex in order to heal himself. But nobody has noticed the true miracle of the scene: They are able to move, jump and do stunts, while wearing loincloth, without letting their dongs out. That's why jjba is, in fact, no homo
He didn't forget it. This was brought up again in his fight with Caesar. When Caesar went for the finishing blow, there was a split-second where he casts his shadow on Wamuu and he was able to turn the fight around in that moment.
@@dearestdoppio8554 That’s something different. Here, Kars steps in Wamuu’s shadow, which causes Wamuu to reflexively attack Kars. In that scene, the sun was shining on Wamuu making him unable to regenerate and use Divine Sandstorm. When the shadow fell over him, he healed just enough to catch Caeser with Divine Sandstorm and kill him.
@@dearestdoppio8554 Actually, I think it shows up in a different part. When Caesar is defeated and rushes at Whammu's back, Whammu reflexively turns in surprise, and that's when Caesar gets the ring from his lip.

Y’know, even when Kars basically disrespected Whamuu’s death, you can tell Kars did really care for him as a good friend/team mate, makes me think if those 3 fought together all at once against the crusaders.
Kars' main reason for targetting Joseph was the loss of Esidisi. And after Wamuu's death, it was on, he'll make this punk suffer the moment he achieves his goal. Despite being non-human, he's the one main JoJo foe who harnesses genuine liking and respect for his teammates...
Rodrel Ackerman yeah, I believe esidisi and kars were the ones to raise wamuu and stuff, but I think Kars got cocky when he became the ulf. He was disappointed in the fact Wamuu showed respect for a “mortal”
Everyone talks about how Kars respected Wammu, but another viewpoint could be that he views him with pride. Be that as a father or mentor, I believe his thinking is more like “I raised a dude that would attack me, I wouldn’t even attack me. I love this guy 😂😂”
One thing to point out is Kars wouldn't get mad because he's the one that raised and probably trained Whamuu as a warrior. His fast reflex is a sign for Kars that he raised a good warrior.
The brotherly relationship these three have is one of my favorite things in this part, it makes sense considering they only have eachother and the roles fit them well. Kars acts more mature and feels like the oldest of the three. Esidisi is like a big brother for Wamuu and a little brother for Kars, he doesn't treat Wamuu as kindly as Kars but still cares for him. And Wamuu being the youngest brother sees the world in a different way, concretely his enemies, he has a sense of honor shared by his big brothers and sometimes acts very shy towards them.
One of the best scenes in Jojo. The fact that Wammu acts on reflex but has that look of “oh shit” on his face knowing what he’s doing but unable to stop it. The fact that Kars apologizes and says it’s his mistake, and Esidisi freaking out at the idea of Wammu attacking Kars but not hitting him because he’s more shocked than angry. I miss this era of Jojo villains. We haven’t had anyone like these 3 ever since.
This is how a leader ensures loyalty from his followers. Humility, gratitude and knowing when he was committing a flaw. Wamuu fiercely devoting himself to Kars is better understood why in this scene.

Can we appreciate how thew mangaka managed to establish these three's relationship dynamic with just one scene? We learned that Kars is a great leader that doesn't think low of his servants because he knows their value, we learn that Wamuu has a great sense of honor, but doesn't shy away to be true to himself, and we learn how Esidisi is the type that cares more about ranks, is quick to anger and keeps Kars way up his priorities.

Wamuu reacts on instinct to Kars stepping on his shadow, then immediately apologizes for it, showing that he is a warrior first, a servant second. Esidisi immediately reacts by insulting Wamuu, not even analyzing the situation. This shows he's a smug bastard who looks down on everyone. Kars apologizes, and makes sure to compliment Wamuu instead of punishing him. However, the fact that he wasn't really hurt, and his smirk at the end, shows he is a manipulative bastard, who's able to use flattery and compliments to gain/keep people's loyalty.
Kars is actually a good leader He doesn't do that much of uneccesary stuff He actually has pretty good respect for his opponents And finally he can save a dog 🙃
I like how Wamuu calls Esidisi his master when Esidisi has extreme emotions when it comes to sadness, also Esidisi dies first leaving him higher than Sanviento but lower than Wamuu and Kars
The Meme Council Well both Esidisi and Kars are older than Wamuu and Santana, so it’s just natural for him to call them masters. Esidisi was the second one to face Jojo, but nothing says that he’s not stronger than wamuu in raw power. As mode I think that wamuu has the strongest one, but maybe he’s weaker in terms of strength
He actually does still go on about avenging his comrades while he’s flying around as the ULF. Not much changed about him, he was just never a fan of all the honor stuff Wamuu had, but still wants him and esidisi properly avenged and treated with verbal respect, even if he doesn’t care about honoring their intents.
People complain about this never coming up again but I think it just exists to reinforce the pecking order, how dangerous their attacks can be, and how quickly they can heal from injury all in one moment while establishing some character traits for the three new faces that just entered the story.
He said that Whammu has a strong fighting spirit - doesn't that mean he'd be a good contender for the stand arrow? Like the dude so feisty that he automatically attacked someone for stepping in his shadow, I think that would make a pretty powerful stand user. Man, imagine the pillar men with stands, they'd be even more OP
Ye the Pillar Men would all make good candidates due to their sheer power and spirit. I almost wish they won, I like all of the Pillar Men more than most of the protagonists haha.
when you think about it, it makes sense that he'd be so scared of people stepping on their shadow, since doing something like that was believed to be somebody trampling on their soul back in early civilization
This is something I love about Jojo, the Pillar Men are honorable to one another, Joseph Joestar is a trickster and will use dishonourable tactics to win, this guides him to victory in the end. However when its not his Story anymore like when he tries to trick D'arby in Part 3 he is defeated and Jotaro has to win the fight, and also in Part 4 he cheated on Suzie Q and had a Love Child which turned out to be Josuke Higashkata. Goes to show just because something worked in one season doesn't mean it will definitely work in another, it also works for Jojo's Dynastic way of storytelling of the Mantle being passed to the next Jojo to solve the crisis at hand.
This moment was a bit of a wholesome because kars remembered that wamuu doesn't like his shadow being stepped on and would rather he apologize it's so wholesome. 🙂👍
I forgot this was a thing because it's never brought up again. It feels like foreshadowing that's never used, especially since there are plenty of other instances that show Wamuu is a fighter. Add it to the list of things Araki forgot.
It’s a bit strange that this shadow thing didn’t play a part in Joseph beating him. I guess it was just a character quirk to show that he’s a bit strange.
