Maybe you already did a video on this, but can you take a close look at the forensic photographer (think his name was Goffrey?), who for some reason entered the RAV4 and swabbed the blood in the RAV4 - before any forensic techs accessed the vehicle? Why the photographer??? At trial he testified that he had no forensic training and didn’t understand the swab test he performed. VERY SUS Thanks for keeping up with the SA and BD situation. I used to be obsessed with the case and read almost all the trial transcripts and case files. These two men were framed. By the same MFs who framed SA the first time.
Kz in 2018 in a news article said that law enforcement was cleared of planting evidence. Stevens own lawyer has said that . That's why she's moved onto Brendan and Bobby. She's blaming them now . Ryan got blamed but after seeing that mam said he had scratches and we find out that's a lie and he didn't give a false name that was a lie . So she stopped blaming him .
I agree with you 100% and I don’t care what the police say. They’ve already proven they are all liars and this isn’t the only case where they have framed people look into that Manitowoc county you’ll see a lot of frame jobs. This is just the biggest one they’ve done.
I think the craziest story I've heard so far is that the 16 year old child with mental deficits and has only his numerous changing stories did it. Period! (Yup, that's more ridiculous than the story of the two different RAV's! Lol!)

I think in the beginning they needed a witness so they chose Brendan. But he kept changing his story so he wasn't a reliable witness. Uhm Brenden might not have done it but he was an accomplice. Firstly, he lost significant weight after the incident. Secondly there was a call between him and his Mom in jail where he admits to being an accomplice. Steven deserves a fair trial with enough evidence to prove he's guilty beyond a reasonable doubt but I personally think(allegedly )they (Bobby, Brenden, Steven & Brenden step dad(forgot his name) did it together and some got bursted and some got away with it. It would be physically impossible for Steven alone to unalive Theresa, hide her remains, cut the body, start the bonfire, move bones from the burn site to barrel, clean the room, clean the garage ,hide the car etc. The right ppl are in jail, 2 more should join. just my unlearned take.
But rich people, one rn, walk free with an abundance of evidence against them. 🤦♀️ This woman’s family deserves justice and so long as these innocent men are in prison they are not going to receive it. Incredibly sad. Praying for all involved.
KZ's tweet got me thinking that all the discussions everyone has about the case is fine but on the other hand it's moot. What's in front of the court is all that matters.
So tell me why did Tom Sowinski say he was sure Colborn planted the Rav4 on Averys property, in a Facebook post 5 years ago, IF he seen Bobby pushing it onto the property on November 5th 2005? It could only become perjury if he testifies at a hearing or trial. And I don't think Zellner actually believes it will get that far. Or at the very least she's happy to attempt to take a win for her cause, and deal with those repercussions should they ever actually get there. She's desperate for anything. Hence this latest reply ending in her asking the court to grant her a new trial, a new hearing, or even: "3) grant any other relief this Court deems appropriate." It's grasping at straws time lol
@@johneckert1365 I've debunked that theory for other people before. Colborn's plate call was on the night of the 3rd. Buresh's tip was on the 4th. Colborn was also reinterviewing the Zipperer's after he made that call, with multiple other officers present along with him.
@@johneckert1365 kz has confirmed a long time ago that no law enforcement did not plant anything ...so Andy didn't plant the rav. If bobby planted the blood which I believe he didn't... He would have planted her blood in Stevens trailer or garage or somewhere near Stevens trailer.. he didn't because Bobby is innocent. It's sad that everyone is getting blamed for lying when the only person lying is Steven . He didn't see her leave the yard ..it's a half truth wrapped up in a lie.. he saw bobby leave .
The two rav 4's theory TH is still alive Scoured the bedroom with a rug doctor. Was able to clean it up even if blood was saturated into the foam. Using bleach Using gasoline paint thinner and bleach The matching bullet to the gun. I can't remember off hand how many groves were found on the bullet according to the testimony. I tried to find out how much but haven't found it.

So Exhibit 277 had been fired from Exhibit 247? A. Yes, that's correct." Item FL *was* fired from that rifle.

2 RAV's, Teresa is still alive (CIA plant or alive in Isreal/ Canada - I've heard both), Police killed Teresa and framed Avery, Ryan Hillegas killed Teresa, a serial killer named Ed Edwards killed Teresa, Colborn planted the RAV (now changed to Bobby planting the RAV), the Zipperer's dog Brutus ate Teresa. None of these are made up. They've all been tossed around lol
@@pamelastoneman9343 i agree. What makes me tend to believe that she is alive is that the FBI is helping Manitowoc police cover up the blood from the vial. The FBI didnt even test all of the blood, and they declared none of the blood came from the vial. There is no way they can know that if they didnt test all of the blood. The feds are in on it which means the feds probably helped her disappear. She probably has a new identity and everything.
I sincerely request you stop spreading misinformation, especially hurtful misinformation like this. How would the family feel knowing so many people think their daughter just ran away and left them without a clue. It's all irrelevant though because they did prove it was her. Not only did Calumet County run their own tests on Item BZ and confirm it to be Teresa within an error rate of 1 in a billion (7 billion people on the planet at that time means only 7 people matching that profile could be in that burn pit and Teresa was one of them), but the FBI also did their own testing and proved it to be her beyond any doubt.
Barb entered the interview room and Brendan stated, "They got in my head" and he was clearly distraught. It blows my mind that Barb, his mother, didn't help him, but instead turned to the detectives and asked THEM if it was all above board...???
At the very start of that interview look at who's outside the door. it looks like barb with her coat over her arm holding a cup of coffee..barb should have gone in with Brendan.

For me, the wildest theory is that ... Steven, feeling "untouchable" after being on tv and on the verge to get millions from that lawsuit, thinks that he could kill someone, in the meantime, and get away with it. "Why not the girl that helps them to sell cars?", he thinks. And why not in his trailer, it's not like the police doesn't like him already, right? Or ...anyway, details! So, he calls to auto trader and gives the address with his name on it, hoping that she would think that is the empire building's garage. He tells everybody that she will come that day and even prepared the car with the boys, to make it more realistic! And then he" lured" her with two 67-calls never answered, 'cause he didn't had the money (yet) for two 69-text that could have make it work, some people thinks. But not only that he wants to rape, kill and mutilating her, but he thinks it's a good idea to get "some (of it)" help from his nephew Brendan, who faints at sight of blood and everybody knows he couldn't hurt a fly! But he needs help, 'cause he had (only) "5 days to clean" and, obviously, he's not a good cleaner. To get rid of the body, he makes a "big whopping fire," that you could see even from the dark side of the moon, to get everybody's attention. But does some magic, maybe, and transforms her body in plastic, this way no one could smell anything but plastic, as usual. Then he thinks that better place to hide the car is in plain sight, "highlighted" with some branches, and "gifted" with some drops of his blood, 'cause he knew that her blood is "no (much) evidentiary value" for LE. Then, he invented a rug doctor that cleans only some specific DNA and leaves the dust in place. When the "story" is finished and the house is sparkle, he gives an "attaboy" to Brendan (who now knows, too, "how it feels", even it's not clear what "it" is) and together live their life as before, going to Crivitz and waiting for the cops to finish with their "fuss" around the property, to then "crushing the car", in silence and without anyone else noticing. Wild! Ridiculous wild, I'll say!
This is where it helps to know other cases, Maria. I could tell you the stupidest stories that you'd laugh at, but they're all true. Criminals have a tendency to be pretty dumb, *but* get lucky in a few aspects in terms of evidence. :]

I'm not following your point? Yes, she requested testing on the RAV. And, when that's completed, she may have new evidence to support her current theories, or even an entirely new one. She has never said that she would STOP LOOKING for new evidence.

I've been away from all this noise for awhile. So ... is there yet a plausible/feasible/possible theory on how Avery's blood got into Teresa's car yet? (That is, apart from the simple and obvious explanation that Avery put it there while committing the crime.) Nothing, huh? What a surprise. @@doubledee6234 in mam they said Ryan had scratches on his hand and that he gave a false surname to get on the yard. I even thought Ryan was a suspect at one time . Years later we found out it wasn't scratches but writing and that he didn't give a false surname. The scratches on bobby's back he said he got from his puppy . In a call barb talks to Brendan about bobby's puppy . Also in an interview Brendan told O'Neill that the scratch on his nose was from bobby's puppy. So I kinda think the scratches on bobby's back are from the puppy. Hope you are keeping well 🙏😊
