Kawasaki KRX 1000 - Air Filter install 

Sunday was the absolute dustiest it’s been and I’ve finally found a single filter that actually keeps every bit of the dust out! It’s a Baldwin RS30077. It was $30 on amazon. I wish I could post a pic of the dust in the air box and how clean it was on the filtered side.

Hahaha, as it has been pointed out, I am not an expert, just a backyard mechanic. Should not be dirty inside so be sure to address any sealing issues with your air filter. And I did say I would keep it as an emergency spare but I ended up trashing it. I'll check it soon and see if it is showing any of the seal issues that Jake was having (sure it will).

I hate that you’ve got dust too. I take the piping off and wash it out good. Then get a wet microfiber rag and wipe out the air box that is attached to the throttle bodies.
