Kawasaki KRX 1000 Belt Removal, Clutch Puller Tools Demo 

You are familiar with Polaris and canam. However the Kawasaki does not need a clutch puller. These are the only tools required.

How would you loosen or tighten the primary?

@@fullaccessutv primary use an impact to loosen then you can use a pry bar which works like your tool to torque to spec

@@mikenail8066 Most people don’t have impacts. And sticking a prybar through those thin aluminum fingers on the primary is questionable. That’s why we we designed this. To simplify it for a lot of people who don’t have those tools or the knowledge to do it safely.

@@backbonerentals7152 They are Kawasaki specific tools. If you wanna call me Monday I could locate them for you

Basically balance. It holds the primary rotating true and keep the leverages off of the engines wet clutch shaft.

@@fullaccessutv thank your the answer. That was fast. You’re in Sparks? One last question, it doesn’t seem like KRX burn through belts. It’s because of the wet clutch and the belt is always engaged correct? Thank you

@@flight2k5 correct. They are always engaged. Watch our other video with the KRX parts on the table. There’s a video in there showing a Polaris clutch running and Kawasaki. Yes were in Sparks
