Thing about those motors from Kawasaki they are cold blooded machines and u need to kick them fast I had a kx500 swapped Tecate 4 and it’s was a beast of a quad and I regret getting ride of it
I learned how to use a clutch on a kx500. Also that same time I learned how to do a wheelie. Love this bike. I remember replanting my moms grass every spring also. It was worth it.
Depends on your premix. Full synthetics do what yours does while some smoke a little hot. But a castor based premix usually smokes a good amount when hot still
Awesome bike and awesome video! Although I wish I could break your chops at how long it took you to kick that beast over but I get it, it’s a big bore lol they take your whole body to give it a good kick! Such an animal and in beautiful shape!!
Here is the best way put the choke on turn the gas on lay it on it's side either side nice and easy, and then lift the bike uprite until you see gas come out of. The over flow tubes then put it in gear any gear and push it back and forth a couple of times the stick it in netual get on the bike and give it one or two really good hard kicks your welcome
