If the engine idle is too high, the clutch will not disengage. If the idle is normal, then the clutch is worn. You can clean it and replace the bushing and spring. The sheaves and weights should move in and out smoothly. I'd also replace the belt. Good luck!
I'm not sure, but I think there's a washer/spacer inside that slipped down and is now blocking the shaft. If so, I would smear a small SMALL amount of grease in there so it will "glue" the spacer in position so you can slide it all the way on the shaft. Grease, align, install. Of course wipe any excess grease away. You don't want that on the belt.
I have problem whit mule 4010 Kawasaki keeps messing up the driver rear side brakes I change everything new from rotors lines n master silynder n did it again I wander if clutch can have problem nout to much pressure to stop it we use to pull stuff around just keep messing up Anyone have any idea what Culd be
The only thing I can think of: The driven pulley on the trans is stuck "open". In other words, the sheaves are spread apart as if the engine was at speed. The belt should be on the outside edge of the pulley. If it drops in like the engine side, there's your problem.
