Good morning mate..finally took a minute to stop and watch something. I had some beautiful Kahawai recently was so moist and delish, Your both so right about fresh picked veges I go to guy up the road and buy his fruits and veges an my little garden is never successful 😂, The snapper looked amazing mate full of all that good flavor. Please dont get me wrong, but I notice that a lot of people in the States and Australia, NZ, Japan fileting fish. Here, in the Med, we mostly cook or grill the whole fish, without gutts, ofc. It makes less waste, you have more to work with your fingers, slowly eating and digetstion. Greetings from Croatia

Sarah and Clint, that’s so bloody mint! What a find! Hubby scored a free BBQ from a colleague that was chucking it out. We already have a fantastic gas BBQ so he restored and converted it to a wood fired BBQ…had a steel tray fabricated for inside it…you know…just in case there was ever a time we found gas hard to come by… well done team love ya work!

Just got into fishing again after years, got a kayak as well. Heck, I even have a similar van lol. I have a Nissan NV350. That van is very good for camping.
