I used methods found on RU-vid and created a kayak rack for my trailer that works for me. There are several versions of this idea easily found in the search box.
This one works great, and I can remove it from the trailer in one piece if needed, takes 5 minutes.

How do you launch and retrieve your kayak with out submerging your trailer? Is it hard?

Drill in reverse with the hole saw in PVC, its much smoother!

What size PVC pipe did you use for the runners and for the ramp you made that slides into the runner? I am very interested in this design I'm planning to do this to my trailer so id like to know what size piping you used. Great video and design.

I believe the tubes are 4" and the ramp is 2". Thanks for watching.

Did you not try the unistrut. Might outlast the wood ?

I like the way your trailer tailgate folds inwards, was it allready like that or did you change it for the Kayaks? I would like to do that to my trailer. Looks Good
