what size r your other 2 jets? i have a DG pipe and filter,it backfired and ran lean ,i put a 137 main needle jet,from a 122 then a 37.5 left jet from a 25 runs better but no idli adjustment now.
So everyone knows, many of the Z quad (LTZ, KFX, DVX) didn't come with adjustable needles. You can either purchase an adjustable needle, or shim it up with tiny washers like I did.
I’m not an expert, but from my understanding popping comes from air getting in your exhaust (like from an exhaust leak somewhere) or maybe it happens from pipe being too large of diameter. But mine did it because there was an exhaust leak at the muffler slip-on joint to down pipe/header connection
@@kbrawlz ok my mechanic say my pipe big gun evo does the popping... I use 165 main jet bud on 4,5 gear she bogging I don't know what is wrong the idle is perfect
MrDirtyDieter it's on the bottom all you do is shut it and then count you're turns out it's anywhere between two and a half or three turns it's a little flat head screw on the bottom sometimes it might be a little cover on it copper either drill it out or hit it out with a tap
