So happy to have come across your channel. I know it’s going to be a wonderful journey to learn from watching you work. 🙏 thanks so much for sharing. ❤️🇬🇧🇺🇦🇺🇦🇬🇧❤️
I have to pick the first print for a change - really loved how you didn't give up once it tore, and used the collage to enhance the originally simple print. The green one made me think initially of a Japanese woodblock print of a lake, with the brush marks as ripples in the water.
Fulton, hi from Sydney Australia !! Recently I learnt that if your paper gets stuck on gel press turn your work upside down and then peel off the gel plate from the top of your work. It’s awesomely easy and satisfying 😊
Fabulous, Fulton…..loved them all for different reasons. I always love reds and pinks and oranges together 🤩 I have to admit to not being a fan of collage, but having said that, I do admire your collaged pieces ….so…maybe I should say “Never say never’ !! 😂🤩 Thank you, as always, for these great demonstrations, inspiration and encouragement that you give us to experiment , discover and keep trying . Also, hope you will soon be feeling much better 💕
Fulton instead of the Gloss medium try going and getting a test pot from your local paint shop at get a white extra bright base. This is a base that is used for when mixing bright colors. When you use it will go on semi clear and give a better result that the gloss medium. The extra bright base here in NZ is a semi gloss base.
Hi Fulton, just amazing results on these three works of art.Yes, I as well love the texture the cold press paper gives. I do hope you do a landscape at sometime. Your taught us a great deal again Fulton, thank you and hope you feel better soon. Sending healing vibes your way.🥰🙏🏻💕
magnificent work.. 3 pieces so different and so beautiful.. I love the first and the last which are flamboyant but I also like the second in green tones, calmer and which immediately made me think of the « nymphéas » by Monet... it's so exciting to watch you do it... well done and thank you, Véronique
So HaPpY to have discovered your channel last week. I can't stop watching 🤫 Thank you for all you do; I find each video is well explained, very informative & instructional, and such a joy to watch. Please take care of that cold; I'm sending positive vibes and healing energy your way. 🙏
For your cold, heat a pot of water with some Vicks or other menthol, after it’s hot turn off the heat. Put a towel over the pot and your head and breathe the menthol in. It kicks a chest cold.
Hi, Whisperer! Thank you for sharing your process of work! I love your works as well... Can you explain to me how do you prepare papers *oiling thing you mentioned? Trying to find simple way to keep my papers from ripping...
While you have very different style to mine I really appreciate your informative videos & art. Could you explain more about paint viscosity re the printing process please? Also when & why leaving paper on plate for a while vs lifting up straight away. Thanks really enjoy watching your process ❤
I strongly recommend that you do several test prints to understand why. Pull a print right away, then time yourself and pull a print a few minutes later. See the difference.
I may have misspoke on that, however, if you do apply oil to your paper you will get some cool results as the acrylic will not take on the oily surface.
