For 50 years, Inspirasi has offered customers cheap and delicious Mee Rebus, drawing fans from across the island. As kids, the current stall owners helped their parents sell food from a trishaw. And now, they're continuing the family legacy.
Think they look young? Legend has it that a special ingredient from their kitchen is the secret to their youthful looks 😉

vinkyu_cla AMG, yes. In the process they were taken advantage and cheated by other ethnic people. Example, Nyonya food is Malay food, except nyonya food contain pork and other non-halal ingredients. Now the entire world thinks Malays rob nyonya food. Such insult. I met a young nyonya telling me, "what is Malay food, just cucumber and taugeh everything else is nyonya food or Peranakan. Unbelievable.

They dont know the history Malay food was always there before the nyonya. When the chinese first came to then Malaya they married Malay women in Malacca hence the word Peranakan came along. Therefore Malay food was first and they copied some of it and desserts too like cakes.

I'm from malaysia but my late grandmother stay at bedok... When i go visit my grandmother i always eat their mee soto since the old shop at old bedok interchange until now... This is for me the best mee soto...

I remember her! Now It's the son taking over most of the time. When I was young, I used to eat at the old hawker and their stall would be open almost 24/7 as I remember one day it was 12am and we were going to Malaysia but we were all hungry and my dad was like ah inspirasi and I remember they used to serve mee soto at like $1.50 per bowl and it was the most delicious bowl at that time like for me at that hawker centre it was either the hokkien mee or the mee soto stall in my memory

Pergi s'pore tah sah kalau tak singgah ke Gelyang Serai. Makanan dsana sangat lah sedap. Mee rebus, lontong, laksa,nasi beryani dll...😋😋😋😋 Semua sedap2..sejak covid tak pernah kesana lagi. Semoga covid cepat berakhir. Rindu dgn masakan s'pore yg sungguh menyelerakan🥰🥰

It has been such a long time since i last ate their mee soto, in my honest opinion they are the best. Product wise, customer relationship wise, price wise everything are tip top! However unfortunately was one of the son got into accident and cant be the same as before anymore.

Mi rebus had been called as Mi Jawa and Mi Malindo at certain place especially in Malaysia but all of that is the same food. Even my mom also used to selled mi rebus for breakfast & in Ramadan bazar but nowadays she had retired.

If on s no carb diet, they shouldn't even be getting the Rebus. That gravy I'd heavy on sweet potato and starches to keep it so gooey and thick. Lol! And yes, the steam is legit for keeping skin young. Many people who work in humid, steamy environments have young skin as the steam helps skin dislodge impurities and keeps skin moist, which hydrated and clean skin is the epitome of young skin.

You haven give it a try yet you never know. Actually i have eaten Soto soup with plain rice,ketupat,Lontong(as shown on video),Yellow noodle,Bee Hoon Noodle.
