Keeping heat in apartment. Insulation and water vapor barrier. Bathroom/kitchen renovation/Part 11 

In this video I am installing mineral wool (rockwool) insulation. To protect the wool and structure behind it form water vapor, I am installing water vapor membrane to outside walls and ceilings (where the temperature difference is highest). It is important to seal all the gaps, so the membrane will work as it should.
