would the 3" air lift or 5-6" lift be better for 5th wheel hauling? (camper) I would prefer the 5-6" lift for looks but not if I'm going to have trouble with a 5th wheel camper and the truck being too high???

The ones we ship out are bare steel and you'd have them painted locally. We only paint the installs we have in Iowa.

Would this setup work for having an in-bed truck camper? Im looking at putting the Host Mammoth camper in the bed of a Ram Dually that weighs roughly 5000 lbs. Im not looking for super off road ability. Just to be able to go light boondocking on logger roads or take it on the beach.

I’m sorry but standard 5th wheel height isn’t gonna sit right on that truck unless you can dump all 4 corners down to stock ride height. Stock height trucks are already pushing it.

We tell people it depends just as much on the trailer height/adjustment as it does the truck. If someone wants to pull a gooseneck regularly without issues then this is as high as we recommend, but we do have some guys that tow a gooseneck with smaller lifts. It will just vary by application.

We aren’t sure which part you’re referring to. Bumpers are bolt-on. Suspension is mostly bolt-on but does require some drilling and welding. Instructions can be found on Kelderman.com
