I think its gonna get much better after the break. Unlike the other top teams, no one is going to the Olympics. They can practice and rest.

That’s what is so hard about many of her fans - they are so harshly and boisterously anti-others, anti-wnba, etc … so many (a loud minority) are just not humble or diplomatic but yet go on and on about admiring CC for these very qualities … … as do I. …. signed, an Iowa native/grad and newbie Fever fan.

It was close, in three quarters. That's a stat. Aces coach expects effort. That's why, during all games, coaches yell at their players. Players are expected to put out effort. Every quarter. Even the Aces are expected to play well, every quarter. Other teams who beat Aces, were playing well. Aces just couldn't win. It was really difficult for them. Aces, with no back-to- back games in the first two weeks, like other teams. They still lhad 6 losses. Some teams had two back- to back games, in two weeks. And a total of 10 to 11 games played then. Aces had the easiest schedule, of all teams at the ihe beginning of the season. They still lost. Liberty, with 17 wins. And three losses. Aces with 11 wins. It was the hardest schedule for other teams, in 20 years. Even Aces were losing, with four days rest between their first four games. Even though they had the easiest schedule Then, three days rest, before their fifth game. Aces had 11 days rest, in their first five games. Other, teams had already played 10 to 11 games, in two weeks. Mostly one day rest, before their next games. I heard Aces interviews. They said, They were constantly being yelled at, after games. Aces coach cares more about effort. Every quarter. A player said. One of their players said their coach doesn't care as much when they lose. Taylor offense sucked, this team isn't going to be a defensive team with Clark. Iowa teams just relied on outscoring opponents, that's what the Fever will do as well because Caitlin prefers the run n gun style.

@@a2knyc Walace and Wheeler's stats are just a bit better, and that's only because of time played. I actually cringe when Wheeler is on the court. Even though her last game was ok. Walace is solid for what she does, I guess. If it were me I would still play Lexi, have a bit more height, and let her get the minutes on court to work in that development. To me it's worth the shot.

Then goes out and couldn't hit shots all night long . She was doing a great job passing , too bad her teammates couldn't hit wide open 3's or even layups . She also needs to learn how to protect the ball better . Kate Martin even caused a turnover .

Oddly enough.. I remember reading a comment like this, and I questioned if that was a good idea given all of the negative reactions of so many WNBA players about Caitlin taking "center stage" due to her popularity. However, after watching this new positioning... I must agree. There is more of a vibe of camaraderie, even after a loss...

Plus Caitlin has asked/told the reporters a few times to ask the other players questions as well. She is always a team player

Or it tells you how good the rookies are. I did not expect Angel Reese or Catlin Clark to perform as well as they have so quickly. Each of them are growing and getting better with evey game but they are already stars in the league.

Sides doesn't use her bench effectively. Fresh legs (ex Hull) would have been helpful.

Mitchell gets buckets when the team isn’t firing. Getting a player of her quality in a trade or draft isn’t easy.

I am from Philippines, we are basketball crazy nation. In my time, the most popular team in professional basketball it was called PBA, Philippine Basketball Association wasn't the best and didn't have great players except one that was Big J and yet they managed to beat the strongest and best teams in the league. FEVER IS MY GINEBRA TEAM AND CAITLIN CLARK IS MY ROBERT JAWORSKI. CC reminds me of BigJ, extremely generous and accommodating to her fans!
