Having had the original and Gen 2 sub 2000 we was anxiously awaiting this new Gen 3 addition. Did it disappoint at the range or did it meet all our expectations? Watch to see the results and be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already!!
Not that I am aware of. I’m pretty sure no not yet but they could have released one without me knowing lol. Thanks for watching and be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
I don’t think I’d complain about reliability on a new gun while running aluminum case ammo. I usually run some Winchester NATO rounds through just to help seat all the new parts. That little extra bump seems to help.
As I mentioned in the video we get nothing free so we used what is cheapest for us and I did mention that I was using aluminum for what it’s worth. I realize people say it’s unreliable but we have literally never had issues with Blazer aluminum ammo. I also said after the first 45 rounds or so it was fine and I don’t think I was complaining. Sorry if it sounded as though I was. Watch the Honest Outlaw he was using high end ammo and the same thing was happing to him. In fact it happened 6 times on his review just like mine. Also, other saying the same thing. So even when they was using high end it seemed to still need wearing in so I choose to wear in with what we had. @@GSquaredTactical I didn’t mean to imply I’m raging on you sir. I buy all my own ammo too. It’s just that I’ve had so many malfunctions with aluminum case ammo I just avoid it altogether. Keep up the good work sir, I’ll keep watching.
@@GSquaredTactical I would highly advise against using aluminum ammo in direct blowback guns. They do not have the same case support as brass and have been known to lead to OOB failures.
Yeah I know and I was just trying to get rid of some I had. Doesn’t seem to have done any damage. Thanks for watching and commenting and please be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
I see that heck I would’ve never even thought to look at something like that or even though the reason why but I do now either way like I said it reliably fed it for over 200 rounds so I really didn’t think much of it. Yeah it solves one problem and creates another. I’m still choosing the FPC. I like it a lot. Thanks for watching and commenting and be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
Good video SIR . My neighbor owns the Gen 2 and we call it HOT GARAGE when we take it to the range . Hope they made this model better , because it is a fun gun when it runs right to shoot.
Yes sir it is. I had a few hiccups in the beginning with this one but never had a single issue ever of any kind with my Gen2. Thanks for watching and commenting and please be sure to subscribe if you haven’t already
I've been on the fence with g_n for years. The other day at the range somebody let me shoot their gen 2 and I was surprised at accurate it was with just the irons. Not a comfortable shooting experience though.
Iron sites work so good why the need for a dot? No matter how you mount it a red dot or any optic is gonna stick out someware and take away from the keltec 2000 best quality. Folder small package. I carry it around folded and have been asked many times what brand tripod is that. I love opening her up and showing it off. Jaws drop.
So are you saying that Glock, H&K, CZ Sig Sauer etc aren’t quality? That’s a serious question with no aggregation whatsoever from me I genuinely want to know if that’s your view because I’ve never had to “break in” one of those brands. Well I’m not going to say anything to the contrary to try and discredit you because we aren’t those people but after those first 45 rounds or so it was flawless even while leaning on the mag so I’m not sure about that. More test and evaluation would need to be done
