I think that’s why Kendrick dropped “Not Like Us”, because people were so caught up on Drake possibly having a daughter that they didn’t focus on the more damning allegations.
This part and also people kept saying he wouldn't drop back to back we would be waiting years for a reply and the whole wack beats narrative 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
@@andrex8003 I've seen people say unironically/seriously say that 'Drake CAN'T have ANOTHER kid in hiding'. all he has to do is pay a figure then leave. RECENTLY, Weinstein, Cosby, Epstein (may he rot), and Kelly's convictions and investigations happened within 2 years of each other. Combs' raid happened literally weeks ago! and it's wild for people to keep saying that Drake is above it all means that the sense ain't sensing. A reactor just said that he "don't believe Drake pays for" women ... so is Sophie not Adonis' mother? people are COPING. why? IDK.
Not like us, he made for all those who said he can't make banngers. Kendrick is in a class of his own and I'm here for him staying on drake neck. I really hope he keeps this up all year long 😂😂😂
I disagree.I don’t think Kendrick is a hypocrite for being spiritual. I think it a good vs evil thing. Drake is being exposed as a bad person that does horrible things. Good fights evil even in the Bible. Kendricks angle is it’s a righteous battle. Hence Kendrick stating “It’s Gods plan” to destroy him.
But if you bring up the Bible then that's a whole different ball game cause it also says. Be neutral and keep fighting evil with God. Meaning instead of retaliating with the same energy, be kind to the enemy. That's why it also says if your enemy is hungry feed him, if he's thirsty give him something to drink. Cause vengeance belongs to God. But no she was just joking so yeah
I think he’s a hypocrite because nga like to act all holy and like to call others out but in the same song told Adonis to kill a man if they ever did this or that to him😭😭 I like Kendrick and I believe he won this beef but he’s not holy and he’s not spiritual and he’s not good. He’s just bad fighting evil and that’s okay
Reactors and video essay RU-vidrs are making a BAG off this rn. What a time to be alive to see this all unfold in real time. History and Kendrick is up, no debate
24:20 ! Very strategic indeed. For Kendrick to double down on two tracks now about these Drake allegations… I don’t think he’d put his career on the line if there was no validity to the claims. But to be fair, Drake called Kendrick out for allegedly beating his “Queen” on Family Matters. Both allegations are completely different but still disgusting if they are proven to be true. IMO, Drake needs to actually speak out about the allegations, get some PR or something, because atp a song may no fly over well.
Been watching your breakdowns. I think Kendrick's mention of God (especially in 6:16) sounds more like he was praying to him before he got lethal and started tearing into Drake. I didn't understand it at first but that's what he sounded like he has been doing. Kinda saying "Lord I really don't want to take it there, I've been at a peaceful place in my life" -- but now we are here. Jmo. Again love your commentary.
Daylyt opened has stated her wrote Back to Back. Kendrick feels like it’s gods plan to expose Drake. Ak talks to Drake on the regular. Drake uses him, Aiden Ross, and Kai Cenat.
God is love, but God can also be brutal 😮 let’s think about some of those stories in the Bible. So I’m fine with K Dot bringing up God. We got to get these foul people out of here to make things better. That’s the Lord’s work right there.
Listening to meet the grahams was like watching a horror movie cuz I deadass had to to put on some cartoons after playing it a couple times and watching lyric breakdowns and reaction videos and then that beat was so haunting
The "back to back I like that record" snd on Like That " your best work was a LYT pack" is also reference to the rapper daylyt (the guy who was on J coles Pi on Might Delete Later) had written Back to Back for drake aswell as God's Plan an a few other songs for him. You probably don't need to react but look up Daylyt - lytskin an he is going in on drake. Exposes alot.
No Cole backed out because he knew if he didn't that his career was about to be Ended. Smartest business decision he could have made too. KDOT is giving Drake that Ja Rule Treatment. He better Bow out and hit that Button and follow in Coles' footsteps while he still can. This is going to completely alter his career trajectory. Kendrick is by far the most methodical and Calculated MC I have seen since EM went at Ja. Absolutely Ruthless and vicious.
I felt the same type of righteous vibe from Kendrick when he dropped meet the grahams. Like a story telling figure that has a religious background to it. Kendrick got so many motives when it comes to art creating.
"if these allegations are true then drake needs to get what he deserves" Amen sister. im definitely going to subscribe and follow your patreon. this needs to be addressed, like you said "yall focused on the wrong ish"
I’m so glad she brought up the fact that nobody addresses the pedo and trafficking references instead everyone focus on the daughter he got like even noticed like damn drake responded right away bout the daughter thing but never address anything else good shit
8:53 I mean, if the allegations against Drake are true... is what Kendrick is doing still considered bullying? Or is he angry at what Drake is allegedly getting away with?
David and Goliath…David was a holy man that fought the giant…it was always war when it comes to spirituality! Your wrong on that …good vs evil is always a fight 🤷🏾♂️
I don’t think it’s hypocritical. From a spiritual point of view, there were numerous Holy wars in the Bible. Wars weren’t really condemned, they were means to freedom. The Bible said put on the armor of God, and Kendrick said bet.
Funny how the narrative was Kendrick's on a clock and he releases 4 tracks going at Drake's inner being as fake and now its bullying! KEEP IT GOING DOT!
“Bringing God into this when you’re demolishing this man”. Like God didn’t kill every human except a boat full of people because be didn’t like them anymore. 😐
I’m 8:36 minutes in but i do have to disagree about Kendrick bringing up God. God is not a soft God or this hippie like complex. God is wrathful and God protects the people that believes in him. That’s why you hear people say i can’t lose when God on my side. Because if you really believe him and try to do good by him ( as we know many people be claiming God but be doing the most wild😭😂). But that’s all, I love your reactions for years now. Just my take on it!
I don't think speaking on God and death is a contradiction. I feel like Kendrick had a spiritual awakening a while back if you know what that is. Long to explain but you will understand why it's not a contradiction. The fact that he keeps calling himself a 'leader' makes believe he has been awakened (aka lightworker, chosen, seeing beyond the veil etc.)
He was actually pleading with God that he was about to go.to.war and therin was his inner conflict. He was NOT intmating that he was "walking with God" or that he is being "Godly"
I wouldn’t say it’s “not very godlike.” God has a very strong wrath and has demolished legions of people in the past. 😂 this idk why Christianity is all about peace and love when it’s not.
A lot of prophets done a few bad things but still was forgiven and was still used with favors and blessings by the higher power, over the ones who were more wicked than others.. to be a path, the higher power uses people when it’s time to be judged, people are very confused by the colonizers interpretations which causes confusion in religion… for black peoples because their repeating the same tune of understanding… that keeps us docile/stagnant
Schoolboy q talked with j.cole qt his concert in which drake was attending and left when he seen he was there and its said Q told cole what was up and i assume it was real enough for cole to say im good and let them handle their problems...dont knock me just from what ive seen from other ppl who been on the topic
Meet the Grahams reminds me of that scene from us. late at night when them folks were terrorizing the family in that house. y’all know what i’m talking about. It felt like when that lady was waiting for them in that living room. this might be top 2 disses of all time. Like it gave me that same unease that i used to get watching the twilight zone as a kid late at night.
For the part you spoke that its not an godly thing what kendrick is doing to drake is interesting because hes telling drake how to be better as an person and if these accusations against drake is true because the hanging around younger girls is true its an whole video on that an godly person would correct an sinner because what drake is doing is considered ungodly Also wanted to let you know i love your videos keep it up!
The strategy is so crazy. Dropping For The Grahams, a slow, "boring" but super disrespectful diss to shit all over Drakes "nuke" as soon as it dropped and bring down vibes at OVO after what they thought would be Drake's night. Painted the picture of Drake being weird and having weirdos in his camp, only to drop his real banger 24 hours later where he straight up calls them all PDFs Alot of people saying he should've just dropped Not Like Us and kept FTG, but the reason Not Like Us hits so perfect is cause of what was said on MTG. And Kenny still got more in the chamber ready to either shit all over Drakes next release or body bag him if he stays too quiet for too long. The Boy is cooked.
rarely comment on youtube but i had to, to show my respect for ur passion on the allegations. i personally dont believe drake likes young women but may have done stupid shit when he was younger but the fact he chooses to ignore it aint it n im a huge fan of his music but at least throw in a cap emoji or sum
I agree with your take cause those allegations are serious. But maybe because it's not true he's not addressing it also kendrick hasn't reply to the domestic violence rumors also
Did God watch over Israel in wars and commanded destruction of people?? Joshua 11:20 For it was of the LORD to harden their hearts, that they should come against Israel in battle, that he might destroy them utterly, and that they might have no favour, but that he might destroy them, as the LORD commanded Moses.
