He a fucking instigator on God. We clowned on him for that apology but he dodged a tactical nuke and now he's sitting back eating popcorn enjoying the show 😂
I feel like I’m going crazy because it feels like people care way about Drake’s 2nd kid than do about the Drake Weinstein or Kdot beating allegations. I get it the kid thing is more funny but in comparison, it’s not at the same level as those two in terms of seriousness.
@@-Saito be fair, on Kendrick’s diss it’s a lot easier to understand the fact that Drake has a daughter than it is the Weinstein stuff, I didn’t catch that until my third listen.
@@lilymclaughlin3010 that’s fair. Drake has always been a bit sus but if he is running a Weinstein type ring, that’s a huge new low even for him and basically one of the worst things you could do. Like even if you always felt he did something more, having it actually exposed into the public is still huge in my opinion. Because it turns from pure conspiracy to something that actually has some potential. So I’m just a bit surprised by how much it is being overshadowed by the kid stuff.
I love how people treat unpacking poetry as pure torture through school. Like unpacking some of the most beautiful slices of English about the most important events in history is pain, but the moment we got two famous people slinging slander like the back of the chorus room people come out the woodwork like they wrote the stuff themselves.
Well that beautiful English poetry has no actual emotional or cultural relevancy to us in the modern day. We are watching what amounts to the Two Gods of an entire Genre/SubCulture verbally beat each other to deal. Kendrick’s influence over how Americans view blackness is revolutionary
@@michaelharris8111 So was Maya Angelou's. I don't have a problem with it I just think it's funny that the same skills under different contexts lead to totally different responses. Everybody be hating on math until they're counting their own money. My english teacher actually did a breakdown of a Nirvana song, didn't get much engagement either. I think it's less about relevancy and more about being forced to do something for what seems like no gain and a future quiz no one wants to take. Aka Education sucks at convincing people that learning is useful. Crazy to discount the past like that though, humans just cycle through the same issues on repeat. History not being relevant is something you can only say if you've never engaged with it. It's freakishly relevant, in order for it not to be humans (not society) would have to fundamentally change and they don't. I don't say this out of scorn, just worry if you really feel that way, you should definitely find a time period from the past you might have interest in and read about it. It's an incredibly life changing experience to hear the perspective of someone hundreds of years ago and relate to them on a personal level. Really helps a person process the fact they're part of something bigger, and every voice counts.
@@christophermolitor4554 even if you say it without scorn, understand that this is not my point of view. By “we” I just mean a collective of the youth. I “personally” study history and I understand history and it’s consequences on life far better than most people my age. Again, I’m telling you what I’ve observed in my cohort. It has no emotional or cultural relevancy to us in the immediate. Yes English poems are very important but we’re here and now and it’s far more interesting to look at what’s happening now and not even 3 months ago. Even no one is dissecting to pimp of a butterfly right now and even if they did, it’s not as culturally relevant anymore, even as defining of a piece it is. We are seeing him evolve still and hang on every word. That’s why they get more attention
I mean, it doesn’t matter how beautiful that poem is, nobody’s gonna give a shit if it hasn’t been culturally relevant for 100 years. And it’s not like the West has a ancient poetry appreciation culture like many East Asian countries do.
Both of these guys have dropped nukes on each other but Kendrick telling Drake's mother with his chest that her son should die, is just a different level of hatred
The album cover art pictures that Kendrick is using is brutal. Meet The Grahams has a picture of pill bottles and gloves that only Drake owns which means someone in his house sent that to Kendrick. Then in his latest drop Not Like Us it's Drake’s house on the sex offender registry. This man is out for Drake’s head on a stick holy shit
I’m so glad to have been born when I was. Got into music in general and became a hip hop head last year, been an atrioc fan for 2, all for it to culminate here. What a splendid day.
As someone who gives literally 0 fucks about rap and hip hop and these people and celebs on general, I am way too invested in seeing drake getting his shit kicked in
dude I was at work and listened to big a with my phone in my pocket and thought my shit accidentally started playing on top of the video. I hope the editor is a gecs fan
I feel bad for Millie, she seems like a sweet girl and also any of the other possible victims. Sucks to be put front and center in such a beef like this 😅
There’s actually sooo many actual references that aren’t mentioned in this vid or the tweets he mentioned. It’s dope to see this cross content from speed running to hip hop and I NEED him to watch some of the real breakdowns from reputable content creators, if he truly cares how far this is going
EDITOR, you are such a goat for using 100 gecs in the intro. I love you so much you are my best friend please. Do you want money? Do you have somewhere I can support you on? What can I do to help you and show my gratitude and support.
I KNOW for a fact that Atrioc is going to comment about how soon kendrick dropped again and that his video was already out of date by the time it dropped and he and he’s gonna mention how many people pointed it out in the comments I’m calling it 😂😂
When Drake was on SNL, I had a top comment on one of the sketches making a pun implying Drake was a pc backwards. Then, SNL took my comment down. This is personal. He's getting his comeuppance. The pun was on the sketch about Drake's "tingz", aka lovers. I said, "tingz? more like teens!"
