Hey buddy, can you post the "donkey Kong 8 bit" song from a few months ago. I have gone through every beat battle trying to find it and can't find it anywhere. Lol.
feels like variety has been lost over the last year in these battles. everything is still fire, but there's always so much similarity between all the "best" beats. it was better towards the beginning, people did whatever they want and stuck to their own style.
it would b tuff if he gave them different genres every week as a extra restriction to get more variation. each competitor would still bring they own taste regardless so they wont all sound the same
Dope compilation. I kinda wish the sample was played really quickly before each beat just for appreciation. But I can kinda see how that would interrupt the flow. Awesome job, Fliko!
It's interesting how the favour has changed over the last year or two with the battles. Used to be all huge build ups and stank beats (amazing) and seems to be a lot more melodic and jazzy (also amazing). Maybe that's just Fliko's taste 😁 🤟🤟
Sometimes I really don't understand what makes one beat "good" and another "not as good". They all start to sound alike to me, but I'll be the first to admit I'm not a musician.
