Reva is one of those characters writers love for some reason and push her in hopes that everyone else will like her as well. But at the end they force to like her but ending up hating her. Another character that's this annoying and is the writer's pet is D'vorah from Mortal Kombat.
I don't necessarily hate the character, but it was obvious that the writers were really trying to bring the audience's attention towards Reva, even though the show was meant to be about... you know... Obi-Wan.
@@StevenZissimos I don't think they handled Reva THAT badly. Obi Wan still had way more screen time than she did. I began watching it around when episode 4 dropped, and I already knew the compllaints about her going in, so I was waiting for the show to become about her and put Obi-Wan on the backburner, but that never happened. And people REALLY made it sound like that was the case
Holy shit! I was literally just thinking about this video! No joke I rewatched your kenobi expectations video during work because I was like “man I wanna see papa sheev’s kenobi video” and boom a get a little gift
We can't deny knowledge of connection, but regarding proving Organa's connection to Obi-Wan I might be wrong but there weren't any recordings or pictures witch could show Obi-Wan with the Leya so that might the reason empire never went after Organa, and to why there is no footage the simples explanation is: such footage could have been taken only when Obi-Wan was at place in which Reva wanted him and it was at the realative beginning of story when whole operation was still overlooked by Reva, so to answer why she didn't took ant of the footages well we know that what she cared about was to present Obi-Wan to vader, it's understandable that she didn't payed mind to wider picture of proving Bail connection to Obi-Wan.
Not a fan of Reva but wouldn’t the logical assumption be that she didn’t care about outing the Organas as Jedi sympathizers because her goal was to just get Kenobi so she didn’t feel the need to tell Vader all of that information other than “we’re tracking Kenobi” , “we’ve got Kenobi”, etc.
Simply by having Leia be the one to lure Obi-Wan out would be enough to conclude that the Organas are in collusion with him, and that’s something Vader knows about. So it doesn’t matter if Reva cares to out them
@@dibsdibs3495 How would he not know? She would have to give a report and he would naturally want to know what happened. And even if you argue that she would withhold that information specifically because she’s secretly out to get him, the Grand Inquisitor and the other Inquisitors knew about it and they would have told him
Damn I must say, just by watching this preview you offered enough valid point to put "Kenobi" as the very worst and least credible Star Wars series ever. I mean, I never liked the show, but man... your stuff is pretty GOOD!
