You can't move people around the coner these people that live on the st some of addicts some have mental illness some of homeless young and old to clean up Kensington you going to have to enforce the issue they are not going to leave willingly you got to have a place to put everybody with different issues.

There will never be a solution because that's Philadelphia. It's a city that just keep rearranging the furniture without ever fixing the house, hoping that no one notices. Philly also moves in a circle - the city starts to move up and improve itself, but then moves back down again because it enables self-destruction. And that's the truth.

This is sad but the problem was there prior to investing into the location. WHY? Would anyone invest in a location that has not changed in years, will not change and the city will do NOTHING to make it go away. They profit from what is happening out there along with other businesses that enable these individuals are all making $$$ from it.
