I am a fan of any salad that uses palm sugar, lime and chillies as dressings and this salad is among one of my favourites. Wing beans add a nice crisped crunch to the salad and they maintain their crispiness even after a few days in the fridge. But seriously, would you keep something so fresh and delicious in the fridge for a few days? Lol! Mine will go straight into my stomach, not the fridge..Lol!
