👉 100 gms Black Mustard Seeds or Yellow Mustard Dal (Sarso)
👉 40 gms Fennel (Sauf)
👉 40 gms Fenugreek (Dana Methi)
👉 160 gms Red chilli powder (Lal Mirch Powder)
👉 60 gms Turmeric (Haldi)
👉 120 gms Salt (Namak)
👉 1 ltr Mustard Oil (Sarso ka Tel)
👉 2 tbsp Black Onion Seeds (Kalonji)
