SET OVEN TO 350 degrees
9X9 PAN
SHORTBREAD COOKIE LAYER
1 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup Swerve or zero calorie sweetener of your choice
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Bake for 10mins until golden brown on edges.
Let it cool until you add the almond butter layer
ALMOND BUTTER OR PEANUT BUTTER LAYER
1/3 cup Swerve
1/3 cup Almond or Peanut Butter Powder or Protein Powder
3/4 cup Almond Butter or Peanut Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Mix together and spread on top of the shortbread layer.
Place in the fridge to cool before adding the chocolate.
CHOCOLATE LAYER
6 oz Sugar-free dark chocolate
3 tbsp Coconut oil
1 tbsp Swerve Confectionary
Melt slowly in double boiler or microwave in a few seconds at time.
Pour on top and spread evenly, then place in the fridge or freezer until the chocolate hardens.
Cut into 3"x 3" squares and enjoy :)
