Currently we are not offering any specific diet plans. Aane wale time me isko consider karenge. Tab tak is channel ke videos se samajh kar aap apni diet me kaafi changes kar sakte hain aur keto diet successfully follow kar sakte hain.

Kya hum keto diet mai alcohol le sakte hai if yes then please tell me which one or how much?

Yes, you can consume alcohol on a low carb or keto diet. The best options are: Whiskey, Vodka and Brandy which have zero carbs. You can also have red wine, white wine and champagne which have very low carbs. Avoid most of the beers because they have significant quantity of carbs. You can vary the frequency of consumption from daily to occasionally but always consume moderately (1-2 servings). Remember two things: One, on a keto diet, you become intoxicated easily with lesser amount of alcohol. Two, some people experience slow down in their weight loss. So be watchful in your own case.
