Thanks for such an informative video. I have high cholesterol issue particularly Triglycerides. Would it not increase cholesterol levels if you take 70% fats ? Any chances of heart related problems by taking high amount of fats ?

Multiple studies have proven again and again that high levels of bad cholesterol and low level of good cholesterol is caused by high consumption of simple carbs like sugar and starch. Keto diet involves consuming healthy fats like desi ghee, olive oil, coconut oil, butter, cheese, paneer, Greek yoghurt and nuts (walnuts, almonds, groundnuts etc). These and many other healthy fats do not lead to deranged cholesterol levels and heart disease.

Thank you for your feedback. Zameen ke upar ugne wali vegetables aap kha sakti hain. Aur zameen ke neeche ugne wali vegetables ko avoid karna chahiye. Carrot, onion aur mooli kam quantity me kha sakte hain. Zyada details ke liye ‘Carb Manager’ app me har food item ko search kar sakte hain. Keto diet me cheat day nahi hota hai. Aapki progress kaafi slow ho jayegi.

Weight loss agar kafi rapidly ho to skin loose ho sakti hai. Aur aisa kisi bhi method se weight lose karne se ho sakta hai. Lekin weight loss agar zyada rapidly na ho to skin remodel ho kar respective body part ke shape me hi aa jati hai. Overall, your skin becomes healthier and you look younger.

Generally keto diet se hypothyroidism par kuchh khaas asar nahi hota hai. Kuchh logo me T3 ka level kam ho sakta hai. Sab logo me aisa nahi hota hai. Aap keto diet kar sakti hain. Lekin agar aapko hypothyroidism se related koi symptoms ho to apne doctor se consult kijiye.

Aap apni diet quickly mat change kijiye. Kai weeks me gradually change karne se weakness nahi hogi. Vegetables khati rahiye taki vitamins aur minerals ki kami na ho. Jab aapki body low carb diet me adapt kar legi to aapko weakness nahi feel hogi.

First of all, you should consult a doctor to investigate if you have any medical condition responsible for your low weight. Otherwise, it is very much possible to gain (healthy) weight while following a low-carb/keto diet. Keep the portion of carbohydrates in your diet low. Increase the portion of proteins. Follow a muscle building routine beginning from low weights. Try to sleep for 8 hours. Stay stress free. You will see results! 💪🏼

Hypothyroidism me keto diet lene se T3 hormone ka level kam ho sakta hai lekin generally koi symptoms nahi hote hain. Lekin sabhi logo me aisa nahi hota hai. Aap keto diet shuru kijiye. Sir , my husband have high BP but nowadays BP is normal. But when he starts keto for 2 days he feel headache and BP shoots very high. So he took bp medicine for this but on 3 rd day still headache and high bp. So , should he continue this diet or not? Plz reply 🙏

Keto diet would be a very good solution to control your husband's BP. Headache is a common symptom after starting keto diet *but this usually disappears in a few days to weeks if you follow keto diet consistently*. Headache and tiredness on keto diet is called Keto Flu which itself can be controlled by consuming more salt - for example drinking a glass of water with half a teaspoonful of salt added to it. BUT, consuming more salt will likely increase the BP which is not desired. So I would recommend that your husband should control the blood pressure with medication first under the supervision of a qualified doctor. When the BP is controlled, he should start low carbohydrate diet (not strict keto diet) as explained in the video above. When he has adapted to low-carb diet well, he should then gradually reduce the carbohydrates and increase the consumption of healthy fats and proteins (over several weeks or months). The goal should be to ultimately follow strict keto diet which will keep his BP in normal range without any medication. Gradual transition from high-carb diet to low-carb diet to keto diet will definitely help your husband. I wish him speedy recovery and a healthy life 🙂.
