I had an Indian roommate. She used to make this sauce and put eggs in it. OMG! It used to be spicy though. But it was so DO LOOK good. I used to give her the money to buy the food just to cook for us. I'm so glad you have this recipe! Lol and dude your so funny too !! Love your videos

From the states I've never really been to a restaurant that would serve Indian food and it was also not a staple in my house growing up. But I have cooked a bunch of your recipes and glad to say I like Indian food! Definitely going to toss some of my prep eggs in a quick masala!

I love fried boiled eggs from the French chef Jacque Pepin; my version, cut in half, “bread” in some keto breading, fry in butter. This is another recipe to enjoy fried boiled eggs. Sauce looks wonderful.

Love all your videos. You make me smile. Suggestion on the eggs. I have tried every cooking method and the only one that makes peeling eggs easy is baking. 30 minutes at 350 in a muffin pan. Works like a charm.

I'm watching this while eating my breakfast of two fried eggs and tomato couli. This is very like your concoction only much plainer. I'm going to make this egg masala but I'm going to keep my fried eggs so the runny yolks can mix in with the tomatoey, oniony, spicy goodness. I don't know how I lived without you. I'm always trying to find more ways to fix eggs since we have too many laying hens. I'm not big on the egg flavor so my dishes have to be full of flavors to help mask the taste. I will definitely try this recipe this weekend

Fork those eggs, Sahil! Don't worry about how they peel....when they're messy like that, it just proves how fresh they are! The fresher the eggs, the harder they are to peel. Older eggs peel easily because the membrane has loosened from the whites. I love eggs in masala! In my pre-keto days, I also loved using left over curry, especially byriani and the balti that comes with it, and cook it up with some scrambled eggs. So delicious for breakfast! This will definitely be on my to make list!

I made a version of this because it just sounded so good I had the ginger and garlic I just had to use store-bought curry powder and I added some fresh oregano. I did have the coconut cream. Because I was hungry I topped a couple of poached eggs with the finished curry sauce. It was so delicious. I was eating the leftover sauce with the spoon

This gave me the idea to make a mediterranean version of this dish, but adding olives, red bell peppers and italian spices (since the spices you use are extra expensive in my country). Your dish looks delicios as everything else you make

The wok/pan is local from here in India somewhere and the spoon I have no idea, mom must have bought it somewhere.
