This is the best keto waffle recipe ever. It's took me months to find and create one that all members of my family love. This recipe is simple and delicious. Thanks for watching and I hope you will subscribe.

4 tablespoons coconut flour
4 oz cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
2 tablespoons extract (I use vanilla)

I use my bullet to mix things like that too . That waffle was a work of art. I love really brown colored waffles/pancakes. Loved the other ideas you mentioned for using the waffle :-)

So I just made them and yummo they are sooo good! I reckon lowering sweetener and vanilla and adding a touch of onion powder and garlic powder then sprinkling cheese in the waffle maker before putting batter in and on top then closing the waffle maker should make it crispy on the outside and savoury on the inside maybe even adding bacon bits to the batter then you can top with scrambled egg and bacon

Made these waffles just now. Love this recipe! If i want it a bit crisper I just put some shredded cheese on the bottom and top and cook it a bit longer. Makes it a tad bit more "salty" with the cheese but its so good.

When my best friend and I would go out, our final destination after the pub closed was always Waffle House for 2 a.m. breakfast! Pork chops and eggs, then pecan waffles to go to have the next day! I've since gone low carb and she is gluten free, per doctors orders for both of us. We may not go out drinking anymore, but how fun is this going to be that we can have our pecan waffles again? tks so much for sharing this. they truly are the best waffles and i like them so much more than chaffles. i use for sammies all the time and i also make them with chocolate or pumpkin spice, etc. next up, i'll be adding sage and tGiving herbs bc i saw a vid where a woman used waffles in her holiday dressing!! i always dbl the recipe so i have plenty on hand or to freeze. thanks again for expanding my keto diet!!

Just made these and they were very good and easy to make. I used liquid sucralose instead of granulated sweetener. I made plain, blueberry, and chocolate version. TFS.

Thank you so much! I love eggs, but hate eggy tasting Keto breads! So thanks for this recipe! I’ve gone from having the Shingles (still have them) to now having sinusitis and severe bronchitis (on verge of pneumonia). I’m a type 1 diabetic so my immune system is zilch now. I had to have two shots today and lots of meds that are going to run my blood sugars sky rocketing, but had to have to get well. Had this same thing four years ago, refused the meds that would increase BG levels and took four months to recover. So I said I’d rather battle BG and get to breathing normally quicker. Lol! So this low carb waffle/bread will help me out tremendously!!!! Btw, still praying for Quincy and you all! Again, thanks for sharing!!

I added 1 tablespoon. In the past ive added up to 2 tablespoons of different extracts but flavor it to your tastes.

Just made this for my breakfast(I work night shift) with some sausage. It was really good. Def not to eggy and I am with your daughter I do not like all the eggy bread things on keto. I added a tbl of maple and a tbl of vanilla. I have two in my fridge for the rest of the week!

You should be using the organic pasture raised brown eggs. The white eggs are not good for keto because of all the hormones and other things added in the chickens feed.
