As a mom of a Chef - my son always wanted to be in the kitchen with me too. Later, I was told by one of his instructors that every Chef has a mom that is a good in the kitchen. Keep encouraging him to hang out and cook with you, it's a great bonding experience that you never have to give up.

It's so funny that Bonnie is dressed so lightly & Beckett is dressed in Power Ranger's outfit outdoors & both are comfortable. I get *feeling* Bonnie is like Daddy who doesn't get *cold* much. She also seems so *outdoorsy* just like Daddy. LOL.

Hi Neisha, Love seeing Bonnie peering around Beckett while you slice her strawberries then yelps for them as momma rushes to get them to her. LOL So cute!! What we all do for our families. I am currently taking care of my husband who is older also (suffers with dementia from black mold :(() anyway we discovered "grounding" or "Earthing" where you being an electric being go shoeless outside and simply recharge by grounding to the Earth. Much as our ancestors would have. It has helped my husband with his anxiety so much and we are sleeping great. Medline shows 22 studies being done and one is with NICU babies that were grounded had calmer respirations, EKG rhythm and slept better, left NICU quicker. Faster healing, reduces inflammation. There is a RU-vid video on it called "Grounded" and another called "Earthing". A woman was unable to carry a fetus and started grounding 15-30 minutes a day just walking barefoot outside daily and got pregnant and carried to full term. Just wanted to share another caveman habit with all of you. Has really helped us so much. Very inexpensive to buy an "Earthing mat" on amazon and we sleep with it on top of the bottom sheet and our bare feet touch it while sleeping. I also have a fitted twin sheet that grounds, in the Tour De France the cyclists used a "recovery bag" like a sleeping bag which was grounded as it prevents injury and if you fall it helps speed healing. Football players are walking on the turf barefoot for 15 minutes before playing as it helps reduce inflammation if injured. Also if travelling and you have jetlag take off your shoes and walk barefoot for 10 minutes in your new location and you feel instantly refreshed as your body get grounded at your location and jetlag goes away. Book called "Earthing" is really informative and has photos showing before and after 30 minutes sessions of grounding how inflammation decreased with infared cameras. Under microscopic slides of the blood clumping before after 20 minutes of grounding the blood cells floating more apart not clumping. Just sharing. Have a beautiful day. Much calmer with my husband as this is a challenging season for us. With eating more red meat i stopped drinking, only if i want it on holidays but it was no longer "necessary". Thank you for showing us you use fair life milk. I’ve often guilty myself into not using it as much, but it does well with me. I don’t have any allergic or histamine reactions to milk. I’ve been drinking milk all my life and have given it up for carnivore, except for occasional half-and-half, when cream is not available, or when I use fair life milk, like when I make keto carnivore ice cream.

I’d be a bit sneaky with Beckett and tell him that the new chicken nuggets are the same recipe that McDonald’s use. In fact, McDonald’s gave you their recipe just for Becket (sorry, don’t know if you spell his name with one t or two tt). Anyway, if that doesn’t work I’m done lol 😆 Worth a try honey. I’m going to try them on my 14 year old and he will tell me instantly that they are not!!! He doesn’t eat McDonald’s much, but boy will he tell me. Keep them young and easy to trick. I love you! I have been following you and your husband for a while because I got type two diabetes. I also had a heart attack at 51 and got a rare auto immune disease. Everything you teach has really helped me. I’ve also started following some other people on RU-vid that are keto Carnivoreand all of a sudden everybody that’s Carnivore well I can’t say everybody but some are stopping Carnivore and keto and I was just curious what you think about that

I tried your recipe but used pork rind bread crumbs !!! Pan fried in tallow It was so good !
