Thank you! This was fun and manageable, even with fibromyalgia & starting exercise again, I was able to slowly follow along, the reminders of pace and body check-ins were wonderful. It made me excited about kettlebells again without worrying about wrecking my back XD

It’s been quite a while since I’ve worked out with Kettle bells. I found this class and I’m super psyched to get started. Thank you for putting this out there for anyone. I’ll comment after my first couple of classes!

How heavy is the weight??

I’m using a 6kg (15 lbs). I recommend starting with 10-15 lbs
