Wow Renegade rows with Thrusters. I only knew them with Snatches and they gave me a pretty hard time.I remember last time doing three sets just three sets of it and nothing else and they make me sweat like hell..

Green is usually 24kg. Still pretty heavy.

24kg is pretty heavy for a kettlebell, it will kick your ass, if you're a bodybuilder I'd recommend replacing conditioning with kettlebells @@timharmoni1846
