Kettlebell Sport Workout 

Kettlebell Sport combines the strength and power of Olympic weightlifting and the cardiovascular endurance of cross-country.
This is an example of a "Long Cycle " (clean and jerk like in the Olympics) workout.
This follow along kettlebell workout can be done with a single kettlebell (switch hands halfway through each set), a single pair of kettlebells, or a pair of light, medium and heavy pairs of kettlebells.
Buffy is using pairs of 8kg/18lb, 12kg/26kg, 16kg/35lb, and a pair of 2kg/4.4lb magnetic chip weights
