Nice, Coach! Much needed! I already got a few moves from Steve Cotter's channel, and now these hit the spot & sort of complete the routine...! Gotta use these on a daily basis from now on... Please do a 'cool down'/mobility/stretching (active/dynamic + passive/static) routine video as well. Thanks!

Cool down for me usually consists of a little bit of the same as what you saw here in conjunction with some light sled drags and/or a brisk walk...

Good timing, I need this video. I need to put more time and effort into the warm up. I always am pleased with myself when I warm up properly but it's the first corner I cut, expecially when in a hurry. Do you also recommend any kind of cool down and if so would you consider making that kind of video one day?

Keep kickin A$$ meathead! I think I like my new addiction to kettlebell training. How many days should I train hard with kettlebells? The soreness seems to last a long-ass time so I'm only able to crush a sweaty workout 2-3 times a week.

For mobility concerns, just dynamically stretch in the natural movement patterns that your neck muscles are responsible for (flexion, extension, rotation, and lateral flexion), and do the same while adding some degree of resistance for strengthening...
