Otto Kalliomäki I used all 5 of the kettlebell supersets in this series and was able to bulk up in 3 months by working out 3x/week and rotating the days. I started out M-W-F then would switch it T-Th-S the following week. After the workouts, I'd finish up with calisthenics and I got the most results in the 3 months of doing these workouts than I did in 6 months of following a traditional bodybuilding routine! ShardObsidian Temple 3 of each. I would train legs + shoulders and do 3 sets of each and then move on to other exercises. These video workouts were just additional to my training but definitely effective. Most of my strength training is based around the kettlebells

Jason A Perez Yes. It is the same concept as performing a one-arm press. It is a great idea if you only have one or two kettlebells and want to incorporate more.
