Kevin Coster, in my opinion, is an educated, intelligent and well mannered man. I'd love to converse with someone this cultivated.

I love Kevins acting. He is so natural, as if hes not saying lines. He seems so nice too. Thats good that a megastar is nice and humble.

Kevin Costner is my favorite actor. He stands for something which is honorable whether it's his work ethic or his opinions. He is remarkably well spoken and well thought. There is no one like him.

Costner is a true actor, and you can see his spirit in his movies.

Top top guy , very down to earth , not only a great actor but a great director and story teller.

Kevin is the greatest of our time. Truly a heart for cinema how it was intended. I am grateful for his heart and soul he pours into his gifts. Open Range is my all time favorite.

Kevin is one of the greatest directors ever, having directed only 3 films but 2 of them being masterpieces. He´s got the talent and the cinematographic style that only the great ones have.

I don't understand the people who say that many of his movies are bad. I myself love every movie that he's been in. I don't know what it is about him but I just love how he does the different characters and makes me feel what the character feels.

Wow, all I can say is wow. Kevin Costner defines the word acting. This definitely will bring him back to greatness.He is WAY better than any one else out there, he just doesn't know it. I'd hate to be any other actor when Kevin is on his game!He will put a lot of people out of work after this GREAT movie. The comeback kid strikes again! This is definitely his best work since Waterworld. This movie makes me like children like Bodyguard made me like black people.

Just spent the weekend in the Blackhills of South Dakota, USA aka: Paha Sapa. Spent time at Costner's Tatanka exhibit, it was very fun and informative. Had a wonderful meal at Jakes's Restaurant on the top of Costner's Casino The Midnight Star.

He reminds me alot about my uncle, same personality. Analyzing all the time, on the soft side without being a sissy. Can go on and on about interesting reflections forever if they are not stopped ;). Parkinson seems to want a lighter conversation, or not just ONLY analyzing...

The desire to make films shorter was an 80s and 90s thing, it's save to say in the last 5 years the movie industry has moved back into making films longer. Even a pure family film like Pirates of the Caribbean is long these days.

I can’t remember the talk show hosts name😅 I think he was an English guy or Australian .. they talk about his divorce, water world etc I remember he gets Costner to shoot a toy bow & arrow. Its a real fun chat! If anyone can help me find it I’d be so grateful

@SpiritCrusher47 Bull Durham, Field of Dreams, and Dances With Wolves were made before those.. I understand if you dont like him, he's not for everyone. I liked Waterworld, The Postman could have been way better...but every actor has his "critic endorsed" bad movies.

Costner's success is due to his "everyman" persona. Not a great actor, but someone for men to identify with, like John Wayne or Charles Bronson. Charisma goes a long way on screen, even if you're not Marlon Brando. Not a BAD actor, but a much better director. I think the press only gave him shit during his prime for the simple fact that he was a Republican.

@SpiritCrusher47 that's no different then Clooney doing Nespresso commercials. Plus, Costner pays for a lot of movies to be made that studios turn down. He footed 90% of the bill for Swing Vote and paid for a lot of Open Range amongst others.

I love every movie Kevin Costner ever did before Waterworld, since then he's kinda hit and missed. Tin Cup was good, Postman sucked, Message in a Bottle, love of the Game, 13 Days were good, 3000 Miles-Graceland, Dragonfly sucked big time. Open Range was good, haven't seen Upside of Anger, Rumor Has it, or The Guardian, Mr. Brooks sucked. Swing Vote was pretty good.
