Interesting Ryan Holiday brought up the Bookstore. Ryan is brilliant; however, one of the areas in his business portfolio needing improvement is the Bookstore, specifically customer service. Sometimes when a brilliant entrepreneur like Ryan becomes too busy with too many projects, some important aspects of what they're doing suffers. Take time to slow down and take stock. The Bookstore website, communication system, and customer service is not up to par. Make sure all aspects of your business dealings are the most excellent; and, the best you can provide. If not, you are short changing yourself and your customers. This is not excellence; as a result, the Bookstore, service delivery, communication system; and, customer service requires attention and improvement. No excuses, (e.g. Ryan is very busy), own it, take responsibility, and improve what needs improvement. So perhaps not solicited; and, here's feedback and advice, all rolled into one.😂
