Keyleth’s Dad is definitely the sort of father-in-law who will insist on Vax referring to him as Dad.

Earth is coming in season 3 cause she goes to see the Earth Ashari next and then in season 4 it's Water, cause that's when they find Vilya's severed leg as proof that she failed her Water Trial and is presumed dead (if only Vox Machina made their way to Rumblecusp soon, then Keyleth wouldn't have needed to wait 30 years to see her mother again).

SPOILERS . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . It's implied they do a handful of times. Key word here is "implied" since the campaign doesn't do explicit erp. Any instances of sexual intimacy happens in a "fade to black" style or other similar instances which leaves quite a bit of room for interpretation for the viewers. Some examples being when Liam rolled two 1's in an attempt have Vax avoid a walk of shame as he snuck out of Keyleth's room. The "fade to feathers" scene where Vax popped his wings and said they had 1 hour. Keyleth accidentally admitting she knew that Vax doesn't snore. etc.
