pensataq is a thrown elbow from the pensador. you move the whole guard in rotation with a slightly extented elbow directly into the opponents face. the pensacodo is a single thrown elbow (you only move one arm at a time) from the pensador guard in an uppercut motion to the face.
+vipul thapliyal the stance is usually low and similar to the fencing stance but you're trained to rotate 360 degree with the whole body and/or move the upper body in a circular motion (sonrisa/circulo/rodamundo). it's hard to describe. there is a guy who uploaded the old kfm urban x program dvd here on youtube. just look it up :-)
I just got done training BJJ... but no Keysi. I've got two new personal training clients starting next week. I'm probably going to bring at least one of them into the curriculum.
