Reminds me of working at Hardee's. The first day I worked there, I felt the to wash the chicken off. I'm from the south and it's automatically our instinct to wash the chicken off. The chicken had so much blood and the manager made me stop and dump the whole bag of chicken and juices in the flour mix. I quit my job that day. This seems more accurate, the chicken came out great.
@@thomasjohnston8970 I think washing is very important. I wash my chicken off, steaks, chops or whatever else. I don't like seeing all that fattening on chicken or any other meat products. That's one of my main reasons for washing.
