I have been doing this one since I found your channel. We mainly trained two step hook kick or sliding in hook kick. I really dig this rear leg hook kick.

Nice man. I was trained under the Bill Wallace system. That snap and chamber was excellent form. Also that back foot pivot was solid when you performed that snap. Fire mah dude.👊
I remember in my old gradings, when I did kicks I always looked down. The examiner added a small tick next to one of the things in my red book thing. I still sometimes do it, but I’ve started to not look down.
Hey Nat. I always wanted to learn taekwondo since I first played hworang in Tekken 4 and I’m sometimes practicing some kicks on my own after watching some tutorials. Do you have any tips for how to improve my flexibility? I’m always struggling with getting my legs higher then my hip when I’m trying a standing headkick without leaning. Would be nice to hear your input about that.

Well absolute beginners don’t understand how rotating the opposite side works, well we can send with more power and much more space to kick, hope this helped😊

How do you kick so high and well? I have good flexibility and I am learning a tornado kick with not bad form and all of the steps, BUT MY KICK LOOKS TERRIBLE HELP
