@@HwarangSam Always - I mean, I've only had three hip replacements 🤣 I've done Kung Fu, Thai boxing, now on PKA Kickboxing *but* watching your videos has really made me think about the mechanics of throwing kicks, especially the turning kicks, where you turn first and then move the legs, whereas I've always turned with the leg chambered/turned. Well with the turning kicks I consider the two styles you mentioned as variations of the pivot (planted pivot vs a turning pivot) and they’re both valid techniques with their pros and cons. I’m glad I could provide some technical insight! Best of luck to your health and practice!
Conditioning means to perform a pattern enough times to make your opponent start to expect it and then redirect means that you start to do the technique your opponent is expecting and then change it to strike a less defended area that they are not expecting
