After he interviewed Brad Pitt and Oprah, Ellen sent her 11-year-old resident reporter Jaden Jefferson to interview tennis champion Naomi Osaka. #JadenJefferson #NaomiOsaka #TheEllenShow
That's not being awkward....it's called being human. She was totally normal.....not EVERYONE reacts the same, talks same, etc! That's what makes life & ALL of US so interesting.
It would be nice if she could transfer some of the energy she has on the tennis court to interviews. She is so relaxed/laid-back - which in itself is a good attribute - but in an interview it can come across as being a little disinterested.
This kid amazing I see a bright future for him you can tell she's shy so it may be a little harder to interview her so it was good he was able to keep the conversation going so effortlessly!!❤❤❤❤
He’s a young Kenan Thompson. We seen him as a kid now one of the stars on SNL. I’m sure we will hear from this young man from a journalism standpoint. Especially when he reach his adult stage his name will definitely ring.
"I don't try to memorize things. I really just try to flow with how that person feels" Funny. I'm like this kid reporter when i teach to certain students. Both of them are cute and funny haha
I think that he's great but he should respond to their question response if he has something in mind rather than move on to the next Q. I think that it will make the interview more conversational. 🤗👍 Good job, kid!
If she had a junior brother, growing up together with her she would understand and have the experience of how stubborn and at times embarrassing little boys(brothers)unintentionally can be!
No one pronounces her name correctly. In Japan “Naomi” is a relatively common name for females but they pronounce it “now-me” not “nay-oh-me”. I am not sure which pronoun citation she prefers.
That's the asian in her, I don't know that I'd say no charisma but a lot of asians tend to be rather stoic and mild mannered...i suppose to some people it seems boring or awkward but some of it is a cultural thing
